You don't want to tax yourself so if any of those start to feel heavy stop short of given ranges, those are just estimates and what works for me. Also use whatever weights you think will warm you up properly BUT get one within about 20lbs of goal weight. Prime that CNS pimp!
You could have easily got it last time guaranteed had you not gone to failure 2 sets and had actual working sets prior.
