Airborne goes Anabolic - Cycle Not For The Weak!

Mrs AB both LTL and howedo are correct all of us get regular bloodwork to monitor and this is by far a healthier option than 99% of society. We do it to show ourselves and our children (if we have them) how to take care of our bodies and prove that we can accomplish anything. I'm no where near most of these guys in physique, strength and size but I just went through a major transformation which took me six months, not my 3 year old son is doing pushups and want to look like daddy when he's bigger. Not to hijack but these pics show what hardwork can do which all these men can attest to.

My cholesterol and blood pressure were way up there. Now they are normal I chewed Copenhagen for 16 years at a can a day and this is my 5th month without it. I rarely drink anymore and eat clean 95% of the year. It's motivated my whole family to take better care of themselves. Enough of me back to the freak of nature Airborne, I'm out

oh wow. thanks for all the good replies guys :) I really appreciate it!

we are both a lot healthier since he started all this.. neither one of us smoke or anything anymore.. so, I guess I will thank you all for pointing him in a more positive direction :)

I feel 100x better now!

but won't all those supplements wear on your body eventually?

and what's the point when you aren't competing and it's cutting into all your available family time?

I support AB no matter what, but he doesn't have long term goals.. he knows he can get big.. but what happens when you're too big to wipe your own @ss?

it seems to be a very addictive sport and I'm just worried about his long term health.. I don't wanna be a lonely old woman who's husband died of liver failure at 40 or something..

Pfft Ive never been in better physical condition before in my life. I weigh 170 pounds and bench a whopping 420!

Definately would not recommend doing this.. chest is very CNS taxing and working it every day will burn you out. Not to mention you have not allowed it enoughed time to adequetly recover. For your health and safety I would strongly recommend against doing this.

For the OP, just remember to increase workout loads to stimulate muscle growth. If, for example, you can bench 80lbs (example only) and you can do 10 reps (equating to 800lbs of work [80x10=800] and then next workout you increase to 100lbs for 5 reps, you are actually perfroming less total work [100x5=500] and so even though the weight is higher, the total work performed is lower, therefore you need to do at least 9 reps [100x9=900] to grow further.

Of course this is only ONE way to promote growth. Increasing intensity (i.e. supersets, forced reps etc.) will also promote growth to a degree. Just remeber to keep progressing.

^^ Look what I read today... Anyone agree with this?

I don't. Its a bit more complicated than that. The calculation for work is work = force * distance traveled. As that equates to lifting, more weight requires more force to move (unless moving all weight at maximum velocity by utilizing the most muscular tension possible) with the distance traveled being the same considering full ROM. So those extra reps may equate to another couple of feet of distance traveled but that doesn't factor in the difference in the force required to move that higher weight through that range of motion.

The poster was trying to oversimplify a more complicated process.

I got this....

will they wear on our bodies? Yes they will at some point but most of us including AB know how to take care of ourselves on cycle so it won't cause much damage or any at all

what's the point if we aren't competing? We love it...the changes in our bodies and lifting its just becomes a hobby then it becomes a passion then it becomes part of our very existence

When we get to big to where we can't wipe our ass? Well either have our wives do it for us or get one of those sticks for super obese people lol

Yes this sport is very addictive but as I said as long as he uses the right stuff to maintain health and doesn't go crazy he will be fine...AB is a very smart man and knows when to much is to much plus he has all of us here for him if he has any questions at all...so no you and AB will be sitting on rocking chairs in your 80s yelling at kids to get off the lawn no worries ms. AB :)

Winning ^^^ thank you!

Hmmmm

Besides Purus? :)
D-Pol (Love DAA and nitrates) and Condense are top these days. Also love SS. Used it all weekend and made a huge difference.

Anything Genomyx makes I pretty much support as well.

Have not tried much of their stuff... They are sending me some samples of SSv2. I'd like to try their gut health as well...

slinSHOT is always with me, & ConDense yeah top notch, they hit the nail on the head with that 1. ;)

the in the know guys on supplement forum suggested original X-factor instead of advanced. So I trust them that its the better option. They also said 4 per day WO days only...which sounds weird to me, but hey....how you dose it?
