oh yeah family time :-) dude how is your shoulder doing? I've been off weights for a week now, and no significant change in my shoulder, plus my aggresion is thru the roof almost equal to no sex for a week... Im gonna force a leg day tomorrow morning though.

Do either one of you warm up your rotator cuffs before you lift? Or for that matter know how to strengthen them? It makes a world of difference. Im sure ya'll can youtube it if not. I get nasty tendinitis in my shoulder along with osteo arthritis and a few other painful nagging injuries, as long as i go in warm it helps tons.

Take a standard flex position, shoulders back, fists up, palms forward. Then rotate your fists only, down until they are facing behind you.

Bend down like you are stretching your hamstrings, but let your arms hang. Move your wrists inward and outward.

Put one arm over your head and grab your wrist with your other hand. Gently pull your arm behind you but rotate your wrist back and forth.

These work for me!

Good ab workout! Great pumps made my Abs bulge!!! Was gonna get pics but uncle showed up who got out of jail. Food was great!!!

As for roids: big diff with the 30mg. My sweetspot, I'm growing nicely while staying full... SlinShot on cycle was a great idea :-)
Sides there's a little acne on my back... Nothin major that cetaphil won't clear... Very lethargic waking up all the way till my ab workout. Now I'm up and feeling good! Stay tuned

I bumped to 30mg of sd yesterday. Test=no lethargy. And I the the A:A ratio is more balanced too due to the 1m,4add..

So ur liking the slin shot. That was a smart move, I should have used a np to help with all these ****ing carbs.

Slin shot is the sh1t! Works perfect for cycle type carb loads.

Sd is a carb monster and I consume 400+ my fat is dropping slightly while I'm adding rock hard muscle
 
Yeah I've been at at least 400g of carbs. And I'm still leaning out. I'm at 300-350g of protein, I'm going to have to bump it up. Probably try and bump carbs up to.

My protein needs to up... My diet is based on carbs and healthy fats... Then protein... It's hard
 
Yeah diet has to be by far the hardest part of building.
