Update: not a good shoulder day as my left shoulder was really bugging me... Weight was down 2 pounds so it was Def water...

Warmed up rear delts with rear delt flys on Pec deck and cable.

a solid workout... I feel your pain dude, literally, I got a nice pain in my right trap where it connects to my shoulder, im hoping its just a muscle and not rotator cuff, I could barely unrack the bar to bench press...guess im on cardio for a few days...do you think your shoulder is joint or muscle pain?

Try throwing a fastball or a football 40 yards. If you can't, rotator cuff is def an issue.

Stop being difficult! Lol. Put your arm in a flexing position (fist toward ceiling) and keep your arm at 90 degree angle, shoulders back, palms forward. Then rotate your fist forward until it points toward the floor. If you feel a clicking or pinching that's uncomfortable it's probably a rotator cuff issue.

You prob don't want to hear it, but lighter weights or rest is the best therapy. Bench presses are a big offender. You can still do them but you have to be very strict with form. Shoulders can't go below neutral, which almost forces you to use a machine.

Yeah, any movements that basically pinch the capsule in your shoulder are going to irritate it. Cissus and fish oil could help you out, hopefully it's just a little bursitis in there that will die down. Welcome to my nightmare in both shoulders, ever since high school!

Yeah, man like day three and I was up like 10lbs all water. I'm on day 9 and I'm starting to put on some actual mass. Back pumps are bad. Sucks about ur shoulder, but I got up 450 on squats last night, that's the first time in a long time with my knee.

Hungry as **** with hot flashes...
Biggest thing to report is my irritability... I have no hesitation to snap on someone.. no time for stupidity at all... Last night the most.... Today I'm just "get the **** out of my way yet I feel good"
