unstoppable now, and only getting stronger, 500lb bench coming soon!!!! Have you increased calories to stay with your weight, 15lbs would be another 600-800 cals to maintain/gain?

There's an Aldi around my way I never go. In Ohio I went. Stuff is usually off brand.

They are poping up all over but I think it's mostly east coast . Lots of generic food. Not to many brand name items. It's good for a monster like you that has to eat 6000 cals a day!

i eat about 4400 calories a day and that can get me through 2 weeks minus a random protein bar here or there. I shop for myself and use my own fridge in the garage for my food

2 weeks of food cost me 108$ this last time...just to name a few things I got a huge bag of boneless skinless chicken tenders 5.99$ 90/10 ground beef on sale for 3$ a pound I got 5 lbs...egg beaters 1$ 7 servings...12 packs of oatmeal 1.49$ got 5 boxes...bag of beef jerky 2.99$...canned Tuna and chicken 79 cents a can...place is the best lol

**** I think there is an Aldis the next town over from me. Not in the greatest of cities being Springfield, ma. I may ck it out. I just spent $300 in bulk at Costco on a bunch of ****, canned tuna, salmon filets, 6 lbs of almonds, protein bars, huge natty PB etc...
