wide stance squat (barefooted) 225lbs=8x's, 275lbs=4x's, 245lbs=7x's
strait leg dead lifts 225lbs=8x's, 275lbs=7x's, 225lbs=9x's
(and I didn't use any straps although my grip gave out with the 275 and even the 225 somewhat, I may use straps on the 275, generally though I only use straps on 315 plus, but I am working on grip so this may change)
