AI/SERM for 19 yr old???

Imma, just cut down from w/o 5 days a week to 3 days of heavy basics and keep eating like an ape as you said. See if that gets the growth moving again!!

i will mention again to all of you who clearly didn't read the initial post that I eat until i'm about to throw up and then eat again when i just feel full. when i said i eat like a damn ape i meant it. i truly began to believe i reached a plateau when i began taking in an extra 1950 cal and about 210 g of carbs through on pro comp gainer and it barely gave me 3 lbs.
 
I know "just eat more" isn't what you want to hear, but it's the truth.

Unless you've got a medical condition characterized by excessively high estrogen, I don't suggest taking an AI. The problems inherent in reducing healthy or naturally low estrogen even LOWER by taking an anti-aromatase drug are far more dangerous than the benefit you obtain from it (minimal testosterone increase.)

Diesel Test Hardcore is probably your best bet. Maybe a Divanil supplement like Mass FX would help increase your free testosterone and that might help a little bit.
 
Yes eat big to get big...

However the kid is obviously fearing he may have low test... instead of pretending to know everything about growing and bodybuilding why not recommend he sees a doctor? The majority of kids his age are gonna have health insurance due to working full time or being under parents while in college... so whats there to lose? a 25 dollar co-pay? And being able to rest assured that he doesn't have test issues? At least that way if for some ungodly reason he does have low test issues it can be addressed.

Now back to the beginning, while telling people to eat right is the answer the MAJORITY of the time... its not ALWAYS the answer. Everyone is different and everyone doesn't have the same test levels.

because he has absolutely no signs of having low test levels... he was eating enough to get the size he is and in order to grow more he needs to eat more. if he was complaining of being tired all the time for any sort of sign his test is low then yea go for the blood test. but to freak out about low test levels at 19 because u can't get any bigger is just insane

jack up the carbs to almost 400 grams a day. and see what happens. do u eat clean or is it a lot of fast food and junk like that? i'm not gonna sit here and say post ur whole diet but just basics
 
WHOLE FOODS. Too many people rely on these "shakes". Post up your diet, if you got almost 2000 cals of whole foods, youd grow.

Eat every 2-3 hours also. Train your stomach. Drink 1 liter of water with EACH meal. Thatll help stretch you out and able to take in more.

It could be argued that drinking any liquid with a meal dilutes the stomach acid so preventing assimilation of food to some degree. Whilest a small drink may not harm too much , i think a litre of water is too much per meal.
 
why dont you try something like activate extreme to free up your test and thereby make use of the hight test you most likely have. Im about to run stoked and activate extreme possibly with max out at 6 caps a day, so we'll see what the stoked and activate do for me, and i'll let you know. Also you may try rpm and or drive, and as far as money goes get on nutra and find what you need in bulks, you can get a lot of stuff for cheap that way.

i definitely try that. and my diet is very clean in my opinion. i don't stick to an actual diet, i simply just don't believe in eating the same thing every day. but i usually eat a big bowl of grits with about 3 egg whites and 2 eggs for breakfast. as for lunch it depends if i have wo or not but it's usually something like a big plate of pasta with chicken, lasagna, or something. dinner varies from bratwurst links and beans to chicken breasts and brown rice. in between those im usually eating cold cut sandwiches with miracle whip, pbj's, beef jerky, nuts, powdered donuts :)... every meal is taken with one or two fish oil's w/ omega 3 and water. men's health energy or centrum daily in the mornings... hope that kind of gives you an idea...

what do you think about the microwavable "chicken" fajitas w/ rib meat. i've found them to be a great quick snack that's high in protein...


also I went ahead and ordered the AX stack- Mass fx (divanil) and Hyperdrol x2 (6 bromo) after talking to a nutritionist and a couple other people. I'll let you guys know how everything goes...

i retracted a portion of my post. it doesn't state any #'s though and I'm too lazy to figure it out for you cause I'm on my way out the door lol

and i'm too busy eating to figure #'s, lol jk idk what they are but i'm going to figure out soon what i'm consuming on avg.
 
Correct, a SERM would be dumb outside of a PCT or a last ditch attempt at fixing a screwed up cycle/PCT.

As for an AI, I doubt you need it. When is the last time you switched to a new WO routine? I dont mean switching up small things.I mean changing lifting frequency, the kinds of workouts, etc. As in if you Bench now, Stop, and find other tricep workouts for about a month, then switch back if you like, or switch to another set of tricep workouts.

Maybe even take a week off lifting completly, when I did that I actually put on some muscle mass. My guess was I was overtraining. Which can halt results. Came back 4lbs heavier throwing up 20lbs more on my bench...

What is your regime like?

I suggest taking a week off too...i took three weeks off after 6 months of hard training and my 185rep went from 3 to 9
 
i did that once and was surprised how much more i needed to eat

i guess that's what i'm afraid of lol but i'll do it tonight... i'm starting off good tho w/ 5 eggs 2 slices of bacon and a bagel....
 
i suggest one complete egg and 4 egg whites (cholestrol could shoot up if you eat a lot of eggs)

true true... it was actually 4 eggs and 1 white, but i'm so desperate for some lbs i usually just say f it and try to get as much fats as i can...
 
I roll with 2 whole and 6 whites. Then a bowl of oatmeal to chase it with. Man does that get my day off right!!
