I’m very sorry to hear this. You train in a very hardcore style that, from my experience, tends to only last for guys who are natty and in their early 20s, like kids in the IPF. For guys with some years under their belts and/or pushing PEDs, going 10/10 testing type training almost weekly is just brutal on the body. I am pretty calculated about pushing for new 1 rep PRs and instead try to raise 4-8 rep ones, almost always leaving a single shitty grinder rep in the tank, and this raises my 1 rep over time when I do test it. I probably test my max bench single 3-5 times in a year, tops.Day 59: Woke up at 209lbs this morning and trained chest/tris/delts. Hit two small slingshot prs on flat bench, one was 315x13 and the other was 365x4. Tried for 385x1 raw but failed. Dropped down to 315 amrap raw, but unfortunately I strained my pec about 5 reps in and had to have the spotter pull it off me. Luckily, the strain doesn’t seem to be too bad this time, but I’ll definitely need some time off from push movements and will have to stick to lighter stuff and likely avoid flat barbell movements for a while. I’m just hoping that it will recover quickly; pec strains aren’t uncommon to me at all at this point, this being probably my 12th or 13th time experiencing them.

At least you got some badass PRs this cycle and have gained over 20lbs! Heal up and focus on what you can do safely to finish strong.
Mk677, but I’m doubting the legitimacy of it. I’ve considered bpc157 and tb500 on and off. Definitely curious on people’s experience with bpc157.You running any gh, peptides? Maybe those could help with nagging injuries.

It’s an issue I need to address, because even at my young age, it still is taking a tole on me haha. Appreciate the advice from both of you.If I cranked out big volume sets with heavy weight then tried a 1rm my rotator cuff would take a giant **** on my chest. If you are insistent on maxing every week I’d suggest changing the bar or angle of press (incline/decline/flat), or do some pin press or floor press. High reps and 1rm in the same session tend to be counterproductive (IMO). I’ve found changing bars to be the best method, as Hyde said, you can get away with that style in younger years but it starts taking a toll with us antique MF’ers lol. Just my 2 cents, and I know it ain’t worth much. But overall looks like you’re having a good cycle!
Just looking out. It’s a mental thing, cuz let’s be honest, who doesn’t love hoisting maximal loads off their chest (no homo?) . It’s a great rush and pump, But variation is a crucial element for recovery and strengthening the smaller muscles and tendons that stabilize. BPC 157 is definitely worth a shot. I’ve used it to help speed the healing with a couple shoulder injuries and forearm injury, and it works great. I’m older and still love to workout heavy, but unfortunately that extra drive can lead to injuries, and we all hate setbacks. So BPC 157 has become an absolute necessity at times. Never tried tb 500, but I hear it works from everyone I’ve talked with that’s tried it.

Multiple pro and amateur strongmen and women have personally recommended it to me when my bicep blew. I was extremely pleased with the recovery. A shot once or twice a day subq around the pec insert is a great way to speed things up.I would definitely try it bro. Alot of people have success with gw501516 myself included. Using 20mg eod injectable from swisschems while doing 250 test c and 400 tren e. Cardio for days while cutting and all while gaining strength! So far only side for me is higher blood pressure. Well i am going to start with 140 a week of ace, and if i find it tolerable, may increase to 210 (from 20 to 30mg per day) for the last 2-3 weeks. It’s 200mg total of sustanon per week. The caber is to help prevent the prolactin from becoming an issue. And yea, I was maxing 315lbs on bench at the start of the cycle.I have head tren is not often ran a full 16 or 20 week cycle, but is the 12 weeks a bit short for the test unless its a first cycle? Also is that 200 a week or 200 test twice a week for a total of 400mg test.
Is the caber just in case or do you get those issues from Nandralone based gear?

Really interested in tren but only on my second cycle. I heard one cycle that was 100mg test a week and 600 tren e.
Look into raloxifene man way better than nolvadex and it will help reverse any lingering gyno effects. i can run 400test 350deca and currently 200test 400tren with no ai at all but i have to use caber. Im on trt and even have to dose .25mg caber weekly for high prolactin. Everybody is different and my original doc didnt care so i went off script and expirimented before finding a new doc.The problem with prolactin is thwt with ever so slightly elevated estro it causes nasty gyno flare ups. And lowering estro too much is counterproductive for growth, especially with tren in the mix which seems to work well in high estrogen environment.
Mk677 gave me a flare up and now i have a lump which is not going away, was on hcg only at the time. Now i am on clomid and it is starting to flare up again, just from mk. So imho mix of prolwctin and a little bit of estro is way worse for gyno than high estro since i can run 500mg test without ai without any gyno issues.
I am thinking of nolvadex for my next cycle, i hate the fact that it lowers igf 1 but i guess it is a lesser evil when compared to AI's as it at least doesnt have a negative impact on cholesterol (and ai's lower igf 1 too anyway).
I want higher estro since it will be a growth cycle and i want the tren to shine in a high estro environment, alongside test and mk677.

Hovering around 210-213.5lbs, so up 24-27.5lbs. Waist has it’s good and bad days. I’d say it hasn’t gone up much, maybe an inch at most. I’d say bodyfat is up maybe 1-2% at most.Youre up just about 30lbs??! Lol, good sh1t. How much has your waist increased, if any?
