I've been doing 1g preWO, 1g before dinner (my biggest meal) then 1g around bedtime with some protein and usually some cereal or something...have been loving it...
Thats what I have been using since analyzed DC'd itI do the same. I've been tossing 1gr down the hatch AM/PM/Peri workout. Seems to be helping with the low-carb "flatness"
SNS powder is cheap and super convenient. They offer caps if you'd prefer also (easier for on the go)

I've read that it makes some people sleepy.
I don't know how it affects me yet since I'm only on day 2.
Plenty of people have and still do. I do 500-1000mg depending on carb count per meal.
Always get a nice fullness.
Any benefit to dosing like this + bcaas?
