For the past couple months my rotator cuff has been bothering me slowly getting better and I know lifting isn't helping it. I am doing stretching with a physical thyrapist and she is kinda aginst heavy lifting but i am very carefull with all my lifts and my shoulder has been having no effect with my lifting progression. Here is my question I have been taking advil pre workout and was wondering if it is have any positive or negative effects in bodybuilding and weightlifting thanks
