Adding Erase Mid-Cycle

Hello,

I'm taking Activate Xtreme as of now and I'm loving it, but I want an edge in fat loss, so I'm considering adding Erase. However, by the time I start Erase, it'll have been a week that I was on AX. Is it a good idea to start it mid-AX cycle?

Also, would ax + erase be overkill for natty test boosting? Should I maybe consider a different supplement for fat loss?

Have you looked at Lean Xtreme?

Usually you would run one after the other. I believe DS had a Schedule on their site.

Yes, I've looked at it. I don't see a schedule on their site.. I was also considering running it too. So if I run lx after my ax cycle, should I stack it with erase or something like it? Or by itself, would it be good enough? I'm not looking to lose massive amounts of fat. I'm around 11-12% bf and I wanna get to about 8% or less. I mainly have just stubborn areas in my midsection.

I would add Erase at 3 caps per day. Erase controls estrogen and cortisol. Lean xtreme is a cortisol reducer too, so I wouldn't take them together myself

By lowering you E with Erase you are going to be able to lose fat easier

Erase with Activate Xtreme would be a fine stack and not overkill at all. It doesn't matter that you will have been on Activate Xtreme for a week before adding in Erase - if anything, this is desirable if you have not used either product before, because it will have given you time to know what effects Activate Xtreme has started to have on your body, so that you know what effects are from what when you add the Erase in.

If you are looking for fat loss, make sure that your NUTRITION (and training) is on target for it, since your success (or lack of it) will primarily be dependent on your NUTRITION!

I don't recommend stacking Lean Xtreme with Erase, as both control cortisol - if you did, I would cut back the dosage of one them to at least half the recommended/usual dosage.

As I said above, make sure your NUTRITION - and then your TRAINING - are targeted at fat loss for YOU before anything; supplements should just SUPPLEMENT those two primary and important factors!

Thanks for the replies. It's cheaper to buy lx with erase, so should I add erase in now, and then take lx while I'm cycled off both the erase and ax? Sorry but I'm new to test boosters, estro blockers, etc.

This is just a side question, but I'm taking con-cret, would its effects be diminished with a diuretic like Erase?

No worries :)

If you're new to such supplements, then I recommend that you research a little and actually KNOW what you are planning on using and WHY.

You can use either Erase or Lean Xtreme with the Activate Xtreme, but do not use them together - wait until you have finished whatever one you decide to stack with Activate Xtreme before using the other.

No, creatine effects are not going to be diminished by using a product like Erase. Also note that whilst Erase has some diuretic effects, it is not a "diuretic".

Yes, I've been doing my homework, but I wanted to get some real answers before I jumped into anything further than ax.

I dropped from 200 lbs to about 153 at my lowest, and now I'm trying to gain some size. I keep getting comments that I'm too small now! The only problem is I lost it pretty fast and I'm usually boggled down in stress with college, so I've got just a few pounds, if that, of fat that needs to go but won't :(. Hopefully between erase and/or lx, I can finally get rid of it. Thank you for your quick replies, Rosie!

Good.

I see - well, congrats on what you've done so far.

The stack you are doing is IMO more of a recomp stack than anything, but, as with anything, as I said, your NUTRITION will determine what progress and results you eventually get overall. If you're wanting fat loss and haven't already read it, then I recommend reviewing Invalid Link Removed, a comprehensive guide re advice and information on nutrition, supplementation (only the basics required, honestly), and training for effective and successful fat loss, and apply the principles outlined in it re nutrition and training to yourself.

No worries :)
