I started AcneTame today. I will be honest about the results and will post every other day or so.
I was told to take 4 to start out with then lower it once i notice results.
I will be spacing them out morning/lunch/night
 
the only thing i'm taking right now is DAA... but for whatever reason for many years i have had bad acne...
nothing really helps me... although, i haven't seen a derm in years... i always try the otc route to see if anything can clear me up... maybe this is the product... maybe not...
we shall see!
 
this is a very interesting site i have been reading regarding how vit b5 works towards getting rid of acne... (vit b5 is in AcneTame)

Nice. Can't wait to hear your results! I take Acnetame myself mainly when I have PMS because that is when I get Invalid Link Removed. I take four tablets a day for three days before my skin gets too dry and then I lower the dose.
 
nice,hopfully it works for you.im gonna order 2 bottles today,i was gonna hold off,but getting my ass kicked by trifecta stack,lol
 
ok.. day 2... nothing really significant to report... but certainly no sides to speak of... this is important because of taking the max dose yesterday and today.
no stomach issue or anything.
i'll probably post on sunday.
that is all for now.

i'm pretty sure you're right...
what i have learned is this:
with a coenzyme-a deficiency, Lipids start to accumulate in the sebaceous glands, sebum excretion is increased, and acne begins to appear.
This is why there is the huge dose of pantothenic acid in AcneTame... it tells the body to produce more of this coenzyme-a... and that leads to less oil... which leads to less (or no) acne...
 
it's day #5 on acnetame
some slight drying out starting to occur... there are some very interesting signs of clearing up! i don't want to get my hopes up too high but i am indeed feeling very positive judging by the way i looked before i started taking it...
 
i'm working too much overtime at work... can hardly live a real life...
anyway... it's been a week on ACNETAME... and things are certainly better than they were before i started... i am lowering the dose to 2 a day because i am starting to dry out pretty nicely and i want this bottle to last me...
thanks for following my review/log of AcneTame... i will try and update later this week (when i have some time off work)

this is great news.I'll be on the look out for more updates
 
it's been very very hot here lately... like 100 degrees for 3 days straight... this isn't helping my acne much... kind of a set back really... too much sweat :(
but... i keep on taking the 2 a day and i feel i am better off taking it than not taking it...

stay tuned...

Can we get an update? Did you continue using it or just stopped and how would you rate it as far as effectiveness vs. other OTC acne meds?
 
sorry for not updating the log.

i would and do recommend this product to people dealing with acne. it really has made a big change in the amount of oil on my skin.
i would not recommend a product if i didn't think it worked... if i wasn't in such a financial mess i would buy another bottle.

Hey good review. I'm over 40 and sometimes struggle with my skin. Just one of those things. Glad it worked out for you.

Hopefully you'll be able to grab another bottle if you need it. Good luck.
