I can say that ADAM helps me, so you are right about the good multivitamin thing.

go to the tanning bed. it will fry that acne and dry up your face. i take prescription benzyl peroxide cream with walmart neutrogena wash with prescription eurythromyocin oral.

What i used to do that really helped is i got the OXY package. It comes with the face wash , acne alcohol pads which really work well, and the face cream

Hmm, im on accutane and my skin is looking a hell of a lot better... It drys your lips, face and joints, but that's pretty much the only major sides I am getting... Hopefully im still on while on cycle ....

Accutane plus orals = highly stupid.

Accutane is liver toxic on its own.

I've tried a ton of things, but the best I've used were plain OTC stuff. I wash my face in the morning in the shower with benzoyl peroxide and follow up with astringent (salicylic acid) when I get out. Only thing that has really cleared up my face.

I like that AcneFree stuff. It's ProActive ripoff but I like it better.
