Achy during PCT

I'm in my 2nd week of a 40/40/20/20 Tamoxifen Citrate PCT after a 3.5 week Havoc cycle of 20/30/30/30 and am extremely achy. Other supps going right now are PCT assist (as directed on bottle, SAMe 600 mg/day (stepping down to 400 in week 3 & 4. Will be starting Erase in week 3/4, and just got some Adamantium and started it yesterday. Taking a multi - V and fish oil too. Anyone else get bad aches in their PCT? 85% of it is concentrated in my back.

probably just due to hard training on cycle and your body not being able to recover as fast anymore.

do you muscles or bones ache?
 
I've heard Erase will make your bones ache, too. I'm not looking forward to it, it's part of my PCT also. If it's in your joints, are you drinking enough water? Havoc will dry the **** outta joints.

The cortisol and estrogen reducing effects of erase will make joints ache for some.

85% in your back? What do you mean?
 
Like the focus of most of my discomfort ran from my neck to lower back (pain where my liver is located) Didn't feel so much in my joints. It seems I've turned the corner though. I was really nervous for a bit, thinking the worst thoughts.of bad research chems, liver distruction (even though my havoc cycle was fairly light). Whatever it was, it seems to be over now. It feels like the DAA has started to kick in today (placebo?) and im feeling more "normal".

Milk Thistle/Silymarin should have also been taken.

Also if your joints are aching, pick up a bottle of Glucosamine Chondriotin. Not sure if thats spelled correctly but it repairs joints.

I didn't make it clear above but yes not only am I taking cycle assist now but I preloaded it 2 weeks prior to start and took it throughout. Also taking SAMe for detox. Ill get some joint care tomorrow and also will get the taurine. I didn't have the problem on cycle it only started maybe 4 days into PCT.

Yeah anytime, take up to 5g of taurine a day and taper down off of it and you should be set. And dose the joint pills quite high at first as well

the glucosamine is all a myth doesnt do **** there have been studies on it.
