You ever try reverse pyramid AB? Do a warmup on bench for example just to get the blood flowing and then bump it right up to your maximum and pyramid down in weight instead of going up. You would have 100% got that 485 if you hadn't done all them sets before :)
 
That 485 bench is so serious. I don't care if your spotter upright rowed that ****, it's still a lot of weight to have over you.
 
Hahaha thank you brothers. Yes I always work sets like that. I made up a routine awhile back for bench that has helped people set PRs on bench week by week as myself. I might throw that back in.

Good,I'm up 3 pounds since starting pct,been in it a week,and workouts are still going strong,did a bit of my own Deload,or lighter weight gonna start crushing it again real soon.

Ok so today my coach wanted me to use a bench shirt to get use to... Holy **** it was more of a workout to get the bitch on then to do the lift. It took two people! Little to say I picked it up fast and pressed 615! ****in nuts!!!
 
friggin nuts is right.
them bench shirts absolutely kill me..tried one time, added like 80lbs to my max bench (and this was a long time ago).

Just wanted to wish you a Happy New Year. I'm glad all is still going well for you. I've personally noticed a big difference since I've ran out of Achilles; my shoulders and my elbows were really barking today and I had to change up my exercises a lot to try to do things that wouldn't cause too much pain.

Oooh yea your gonna love it! Was my left shoulder as well. 1 bottle did the trick I feel but I'm sittin on more cuz its that good. When I came off the first bottle for a lil I could tell I was off for a couple days but after that I was back feelin how I was on Achilles. Great stuff!
