Abdominal Sculpting/Toning Creams?

Has anyone used any abdominal sculpting/toning creams or gels? Which ones did you try out? Did they work? Any side effects from them? I'm considereing buying one of them. While I know they won't instantly give you a 6-pack, i would like my abs to be tighter or appear more cut from it. Thank You

They're generally mostly useful at <12% BF. Genomyx makes a few, you could look into Abliderate or Eviscerate Smolder. There is also DermaTherm by Primordial Performance that people seem to enjoy.

Tried abliderate during my last prep. Made a bit of a difference, but nothing too crazy. But I agree with Dodge, it's useful at a low bodyfat % .

But the main thing, abs are made in the kitchen =] lol

Wait for Abliderate Advanced to drop and fawn at the effects :D.

I've had great results with eviscerate, can't say I noticed a lot from abliterate. Lean xtreme did much more for me mid-section wise. Looking forward to trying the new formula though.

Mike

Use dermatherm a while back, minimal results but I only applied the lotion 5.5-6 days a week. So if i was 100% on dosing it would have been a bit better

So, I see a bunch of people recommending Eviscerate Smolder; do you see that actually being better than the original Eviscerate or is it more so that the burn isn't as bad?

Just curious because if it's for the burn then I will continue with the original Eviscerate, if not I may research a switch (considering I currently have added extra Capscin to my Eviscerate I'd say the burn is under control )

You must be some sort of deity if you're adding more capsaicin to the original eviscerate lol, the two are both very effective but smolder has a much less intense burn. I myself could barely man through the OG myself lol

The OG is fantastic if you are into pain. It doesn't matter what time of day you put it on and how many times you wash your hands, later that day it IS going to get onto your johnson.

We're moving in on KY's territory, 'things are about to get freaky'

Yea, I saw Matt's teaser of a post on this one.

Not sure it is up my street. My girlfriend despises me using Eviscerate for the above reason lol.

I like the new eviscerate smolder, I mix some clen into it though.

Never tried the OG one, but this one works well

Hah the one time this happened with my girl she was freaking out and when I told her to go get some milk from the fridge, the look of utter confusion on her face was priceless

it would be fun to see if someone applies the topicals to one side only. I might do that to see the "localized" effect

Don't to it to something obvious then, I did this with about half a bottle of smolder on my left arm a while ago and to this day it is still slightly more vascular than my right, need to get more eviscerate to fix this lol

Funny you should mention that, my soldier's backpack is burning up right now

Unless I'm wearing SOMETHING to make my midsection burn I barely feel anything there at all. So let it be an underarmour or something, I just never feel the burn (unless I'm sweating of course), which kinda annoys me. I wouldn't mind feeling the burn there all day long, but that doesn't seem to ever happen unless I'm sweating so I would love to hear some input.

I guess the sidequestion would be, is it still working even though I'm not feeling? Because technically I'm not really increasing blood flow to that area as much then.

It's working, the burn doesn't really mean blood flow. The burn is a topical sensation, not an intra fat sensation.
