Most definitely... Cardio I think is what's causing the "shock" :)
 
No the companies did however make an offer of extended logs if they were put up by a certain date and product specific... Which is very confusing to see there absence and unresponsiveness. More confused.. No sweat loss here though I'll kill whatever I chose to do. :-)

These forums are a Double edge sword.

Some will argue that questions from reps is persuasion and unresponsiveness is absence in caring.

At the end of the day isn't the feedback from the logger that counts?

I'm all confused on why awarding free product becomes a negative for the companies?

Maybe free is just way to common these days...

No one said it was a negative what so ever, may want to reread buddy. We have been constantly asking for feedback and advice with no response. You should be able to understand where that becomes frustrating... I was an AMAZING opportunity and all of us have mentioned multiple times we are appreciative. In response to the extended log questions, a few of us aren't in it for freebies. We take out supplementation seriously and always have our next move planned. However it is hard to plan on the next move with uncertainty of your guys next move. Maybe speaking for myself but I am a planner and play my supplementation much like I do a chess match. Sorry for giving you an idea I was ungrateful as its obvious I wasn't had reps been following my log....

I literally have a year planned in advance. Obviously things may change, but the goal and basis of what I take I have planned out so I don't run Into issues like I have in the past and ruined my hormones when I was naive and uneducated.

Definitely I have both natty stacks and cycles waiting in my cupboard however my OCD kicks in when I'm unsure of things such as the extended runs. I'm sorry for the thread hijack Aaron, sometimes you have to be pushy to get responses though, meant no harm rep!!! But it worked didnt it? :-)

I do apologize I must have missed this somewhere. The stack has done amazing things for me so far so I was very interested in the extended oppurtunity.

Update:

So continued from earlier (still day 20) strength is definitely climbing. Had a killer work out and got a great pump today. Threw up the 100 pound dumb bells for 6 reps on dumb bell flat bench press.... Then hit some incline along with cable pull ins (not quite cross over) along with multiple sets of dips.... Then I did some high volume bicep work. I skipped the cardio today cause I kept moving the whole work out and I was sweating like crazy.
Comments from people in the gym today: "you look 205" (I'm 192-193 currently) so it feels pretty damn good. I do feel tighter and more solid as well.... Been eating a lot of steak. :)

Day 21:

I've changed up my work out order a bit cause I've been lifting with a few partners and they train different parts on different days than me. Like today we hit back & shoulders. We hit back pretty decent, but didnt nail shoulders like i wanted to; I'll fix it up this week though. Missed cardio the last 2 days because they keep me moving with 1 exercise after the other.
Holding a bit more water than normal & thirst is picking up again. I think hunger is increased from the increased training volume. Going to back of my steaks for a bit because they are keepinge pumped and full that's for sure. Not to not from c20 except I think I was down a pound a day or two ago, but I look pretty solid right now as well, not frail at all. The cardio seemed like it was really benefiting me and I'm going to have to get back on it & go back to my normal work out routine....

Erase pro will def bring about acne that's for sure, I think it's recommend to take EOD that's what I see would reap the benefits to sides best....or even 3 times a week on a M/W/F schedule.

Can't tell if the excess bloat is c20 picking up again, drinking a ton of water, diet, or creatine. Put my finger on it possible being diet and cardio so I'll correct it. Diet hasn't been totally out the window, but I think the steaks and potatos everyday is catching up to me. So I'm going to switch to chicken, drop the carbs a bit, & add some rice cakes into the mix.

-Vascularity is shining through during my work outs and at various other times doing the day.
-Fullness is definitely there & I'm filling out the shirts better as well. (Could be a good dose of water)
-Muscles are hard, & they stay that way for the majority of the day, from what I recall.



So I'm debating if I want to continue logging and get another stack.... Sounds tempting, but part of me is ready to drive in focus on diet and training & take a break from supplementation. -Temptation is there 4 sure.

Day 22:

So last night I woke up to piss about 4 times again.... Morning weight was 191.4
So that's a decent sign, although I havent really been going for "weight loss" so to speak, just body fat. :p
What I think is happening is a recomp effect. So I may have to speed up the process and focus on eating less/burning more cals. So with today being Wednesday it's not too late to turn up the ante in the gym with shorter rest between sets, a bit more volume and at least 30 minutes of cardio on level 17 again. Burning that 400 calories was legit, it's like I could see or tell that I looked different right after that lifting session. :)
 
Day 23:

It was legs today, I didn't have many calories so the work out was weak to say the least.

When I look in the mirror, I see more definition and leanness, has not happened so much in the lower midsection (which I didn't expect it to yet) but every where else I can see results.
Still thinking on another bottle....

Awesome progress. Remind me what you started with for that exercise when this log started?. Keep at it.

I was in the 85 range....
I don't know it was a lot steak and a lot of people in the gym that pushed me to go heavier.... Tried it and it worked.

No doubt man. On the 100s and 95s I had a spot, but he was much help from the spotter. Either way it had to be from the steaks lol.
 
Day 24:

Hit the shoulders and TRIs today and just went on how I felt. Work out was kind of unstructured and I'll be back into the grove next week. Think Friday & Sat will be off days. Strength is still holding strong and I have also noticed that with the way I was eating steaks and some junk here and there weight has not crept up at all.... That's all c20 right there and I def didnt get any much separate cardio done this week to having an a different work out schedule.

Thinking c20 definitely keeps fat gain to a minimum.


-No noticeable side effects from the stack except acne.... or unless it's from training legs. :p
 
You definitely will get a good boost eating some red meat. You joke about the steaks but red meat has a lot of "stuff" other meat just doesn't give you. I love red meat especially T-bone steaks, beef sirloin tips. Screw lean cuts. The only red meat that I eat that is somewhat lean is cube steaks. Plus they are cheap.

Yeah I heard that, I'm a naturally thicker built person.... I can get skinny if I try really hard, but that's something I'm not ready to try. I want this dry hard muscle.

Steaks are legit, I slowed down on them this week, I was eating like 2 steaks a day!
I'm going to probably get back on it tomorrow. :)

Whenever I eat red meat or drink milk I think "mmmm growth factors" lol. Nothing like a good steak!

195.8 was my weight today. I was down as low as 191 early on in this log and hovered around 193.

Appetite is back up, thirst seems to be creeping up & random hot flashes?


Off day today need rest but think I'm going to go in for some cardio and then off to bed....



Edit: It's going to be an off day, got dressed to head out and I realized sleep is more important. I've had terrible sleep last night, woke up for work @ 7am worked almost 12 hours and have work at 8am tomorrow.... Its bed time, I'll have everything in order for next week.

Appetite is back up, thirst seems to be creeping up & random hot flashes?


Off day today need rest but think I'm going to go in for some cardio and then off to bed....


Appetite for me has been up and down. On my carb ups I can hardly eat that much. Then on my low carb days sometimes I'm starving and other times I'm just not hungry. Speaking of the random hot flashes I just noticed that today.

Yeah it is weird. Appetite spikes is nuts like some days I'm wanting a ton of food & other days not so much. :confused:

Hot flashes I've been noticing off and on, maybe this is metabolism increases....

This afternoon my appetite went to a new high. I basically haven't stopped eating and I'm still hungry. I haven't had any hot flashes though.

Opposite of me lol. Wanted SO bad after gym to go home and eat a solid dinner, instead decided to take gf out with some Friends bc we rarely do. Resorted to Aminos and protein until NOW 1:30 am.. Dinner time haha. Gotta stay up til 4 now to digest! What a life.

Hot flashes+appetite increase= thermogensis IMO..

I've been on just staples for 3 weeks it's nice dude I just started clen yesterday but those 3 weeks weren't as bad as I thought

Well well, so final review will be coming soon. Few more off days & a few more work out days. I don't expect much to change in the next few days.

I made my mind to not extend the stack although very genrous, it supplemental break time!

Plus when I 1st thought about doing another stack I doubt it'll be here before this one runs out cause I waited too long. :p

Either way if they still hook me up and send me something that's PCT for my next cycle by some of the best in the business....

Sorry I've been away... I've been killing it in the gym the last couple days, been hitting the cardio too.

Doing arms (BIs & TRIs) together now....
I went in and did some supersets.

It was 4 x 10 of barbell curls, skull crushers....

Then 4 x 10 of hammer curls, over head tricep press....

Forearms were hit as well.

Think max weight I used was around the 60/65 ball park except for hammers which was 32.5....
Forearm weight was 15lbs on DBs & 45lbs on barbell.


It was fun and different. Got a nice pump & burn.

Either way, we are down to the last days. Final review coming up soon.....
