A very excellent pre workout log starring Purus Labs CONDENSE

Let me thank AaronJP1 , Airborne42 and Grambo for choosing me to log there brand new pre workout Condense.

What is Condense ?? here is the link that best describes the new product Purus Labs NEW Condense (40 Servings): Discount NEW Condense Supplements

Why was I interested in logging it ?? well Nitratene™. It's best described in the link but it's new to the pre workout world and I'm down to see how it works. Other positives for me : No creatine , no dyes and 40 servings per container.(excellent value).

Lets get to my intial impressions . I'll rate things 1-10.

Purus is legendary for there cool looking containers and Condense doesn't disappoint.

I mixed one scoop in a clear cup to illustrate the solubility.

Now for some major arse kissing!

Mixability : 10 Condense mixed perfectly with just a few shakes. It completely dispersed with no residue.

Taste : 11 Condense is easily the best pre workout I have ever tasted. The apple flavor was clean and crisp. No after taste , it just was really refreshing. I can't stress how good Condense tastes.

Smell : 10 Condense smelled just like apple candy. Jolly rancher comes to mind.

Now to the workout :

I worked back today and felt Condense begin to hit me about 20 mins after my dose. It's endurance and strength effects were pronounced. I could have just done set after set. I had to actually stop myself so I didn't over due it.

Endurance : 10 endless stamina

Strength : 10 I increased reps in this workout. I know I could have increased poundages . More reps , more work , more GAINS!

Focus : 10 I stayed on task and got lost inside my lifting. I also had a increase in agression. Purus labs supplements always do that for me. I don't know why. I am pretty intense and agressive when I lift but this seemed to heighten it.

I did a arm only workout to toss a curve at my muscles.

EZ bar curl
3x12 105
Standing dumbbell curls
3x10 45
Hammer curls
3x10 50
Triceps push down
3x15 200
Triceps extension
3x20 120
One arm reverse cable pull downs
3 x 15 50
than I did a few pump sets with light weights to get the blood flowing.
Focus , pumps , strength and energy all very strong . I tuned out the guy that runs around doing 25 lb dumbbell curls while screaming "Light Weight. I usually contemplate crushing his skull with a 45lb plate. Tomorrow it's squats and I'll really test Condense.

Haha ! Im just focused on the grey stubble . I did have some good slabs of meat in my forearms today. I'm getting all over some bacon in a few minutes. It's cheat day son!!

Squats are vicious with condense. I dont recommend pre exhausting your quads

Ahhh let me catch up the past two days have been crazy with my move ... anyway here it goes

Squat - Hamstring to calf

Warmup : 5x145 , 5x180 , 3x220

Work sets : 5x270, 3x305 , 1x345

Legs press

280 x15 , 280x15 ,280x15 ,280x15, 300 x 12 Held the negative very slowly coming down

Body weight front squats till failure

4 sets of sprints to finish off

Excellent pump and energy. Focus was strong. First time I did any cardio and had some juice to spare. I didnt bring up the NO crash factor. I was able to still function after my workout.

I used Condense as my coffee this morning . Hit me pretty fast and got me going today. I think I will go 1.5 scoops tomorow as it's the 4am workout day.

Condense has been treating me very well. Pumps continue to be excellent , focus has been very good as well. I have got through a whole rotation through my usual routine and Condense has pushed me nicely.

Ramping up the cardio on Saturday so it will be a good test on Aerobic endurance.

Yesterday I held a pump for the better part of the day. Normal daily activites seemed to activate it again.

Taste remains great . Almost too good to be true.

I'll have a more detailed description on Condense's effect on fasted cardio tomorow.

Don't see how y'all do it.
I've always done it. I haven't really noticed a difference if I have a pre workout meal or not. On some day's if I'm feeling really shot I will have some peanut butter on toast or maybe a whey shake but mostly it's fasted like a mofo.

15 on cycle - I'm hovering within a pound or two after the first 10 days pct. I've increased calories though to try and offset any losses. I'm going to cut after this so if I add some fat I'm not too worried.

Don't see how y'all do it.
The BCAA intra definitely helps. I take a couple of BCAA caps with CONDENSE CRISP APPLE Creatine and LCLT. The pumps last the better part of the day. I tried agmatine once with condense it was an interesting mix.

I do think that the gains are a hit harder to come by, but being able to make lean gains and cutting seems easier.

2 scoops of Condense today. It was a bit much. I was moving around the gym like a humming bird. I didn't get jittery at all I was just moving a bit too fast from exercise to exercise.

Cardio was much easier using condense. I usually have some cramping when I hit the 1 mile mark and I need to just work through it but Condense seemed to eliminate it.

2 scoops did increase the energy and focus. I didn't notice a increase in strength however from the increased dosage. I'm thinking 1 scoop is more than enough at my weight to get a nice effect. As long as that continues Condense with 40 servings is a excellent buy for sure.

Mixing and taste are awesome. I haven't had any headaches , stomach issues , crashes , jittery feelings or massive exploding heart syndrome at all from Condense. I also noticed I don't have any problem eating post workout. It really doesn't kill hunger for me.

Back and Shoulders tomorrow and I'll guzzle 1.5 scoops and see what's up. I'm expecting some serious pump pictures in the AM.

I was going to bust out 2 scoops but I settled for 1.75, almost a stomach/stim issue. 1.5 is perfect but I am at 1 for strategic lengthyness hahahahha

Condense is slamming in a shaker with a ton of ice.

I usually slam my pre workout because most are kinda harsh taste wise but not Condense. I may bomb 1 scoop before workout and mix a scoop with my BCAA 's and sip them during.

I hate missing workouts, I am always missing them because of work. I missed today, I am on my way to a job right now. Moneys good but always nice to have a schedule.

I backed off but I could have really destroyed my arms today if I wanted. I have 3 days in a row this week so I need to be able to use my arms somewhat.

He was using Jack3d the old version and I took out my condense from my bag and I gave him a hit. He couldn't believe how good it tasted . Excellent pumps - 1.5 scoops . 1 pre about a half scoop intra workout. Good energy , non stop power to get through my session.

Goals are 315 Bench PR so lets see if 2 scoops of condense can help me get there.

Moving into my new house next week so I'm staying on it despite some major distractions!
