I'm of no use for your company on that website. Something is wrong with my registration. Sent up an email to the site and they replied they fixed the problem but I still cannot login. In my type of work, reviews and surveys are very important so I will post up some on the sites where I purchase my supps. This morning I sent up a review on TF Supplements and also Nutraplanet. I don't need any free items although I appreciate the offer, the advice and tips I'm getting from everyone is plenty enough for me and I would consider that alone being very generous!

I forgot to post my quick workout from Saturday morning! My trainer has these challenges he throws out there monthly called the 100 challenge. He pics 4 moves you have to complete 100 reps of each for time. He picked pushups, situps, squats and inverted rows this time around. You can complete them in any order you want just get them all done as quickly as possible. I used a 45lb plate while I completed my squats and body-weight for all other moves. The session took me 8 mins and 50 secs to finish with a few rest points while doing situps. Core was fatigued from the previous days training and I struggled towards the end.

This afternoon is chest day again and I'll post up that stuff later. I knocked out another review for PX black on TigerFitness a little while ago, hopefully these reviews help with growing your brand. We are still taking them each morning and we both still enjoying using it.

07.05.13 Part II

The wife and I were able to get in the gym together tonight. We had some hard times these past few days with our work schedules and her not feeling well a couple days back. We got after those legs tonight!

We walked out of there with the shakes tonight! It was fun and we both just laughed and made fun of each other. If I'm not mistaken I was hurtn' a bit on that last set of deads and my wife told me to stop being a LiL Biatch with a smurk on her face. No doubt tonight was a good one and tomorrow it will not surprise me if we have a hard time moving around a bit. Just a not for my own personal flash back moment. Why would 5 men go to the gym to do bench together? By the time its your turn to get some work in about 5 mins has past! With all that talking and gigglin' like teenage girls it may have taken longer!

We got this day started with our PX Black and T2. I'm taking 2 PX Black in the AM and she is doing 1 each. Today was back training and I believe it was a routine I stole from Montego but had to modify it a bit based on equipment being available in a busy afternoon Gold's Gym. We had a lot of energy leaving the house today and I knew it was going to be a good one. When we both have the same day off, good things happen!

In between the pushups we also squeezed in some crunches. The lady was doing 20 and I was doing 30. We could really feel it in our back today, very good pump and we pulled a good amount of weight. I'm not posting the weights we are using when we train together, I cannot remember all the different amounts we used and I can't really think of a way to log it and it not look confusing. I'll be having another scoop of BCAA/SAA before bed and I hope tomorrow morning I won't feel like death. Yesterday was a double dose and today was work, we are feeling the effects of a few solid sessions but of course the pride of getting it done makes the fatigue very worth it.

Tonight was the scheduled bicep and tricep training at home in the hot Arizona 100+ degree garage again. After the arm stuff the plan was to go run 3 miles. I had a feeling things were not going to go how we planned. My stomach was acting up but you know how it goes, nobody ever wants to punk out!

Getting the arms done went well so off we went to run. We only got about a block away from the starting point and my stomach shut the whole operation down. The jog turned into a brisk 2 mile walk. I tried to jog a few more times and nope, it wasn't going to happen. Sometimes our bodies just don't cooperate but I'll make it up in a day to come.

Dinner was different tonight.

not a whole terribly lot different than beef, other than being leaner with a nice twist of tangy
for the price, would rather use me some lean beef (96%) - is cheaper and just more efficient
always nice to touch the palate with new flavs tho, try it

We just did some running so nothing exciting to report for the forum. My wife and I still enjoy doing these 5k runs with groups of people. Something about the other runners makes it go faster and of course you push yourself more than you would if it was just you out there alone running in the streets. It was a night run and the weather was actually kind of nice due to a storm just outside of the city. There was a few sprinkles here and there plus the wind made it nice and cool.

I had a serving of ignite with an added 5g of bulk BCAA before the run. My stomach was empty and I had some burps going for about 15 mins but no biggie. Before bed I put down half a serving of G8 and 1 serving of BCAA/SAA. Slept like a baby!!!!

Late night leg training started about 10:15pm and continued until about 11:45pm. I was suppose to meet with several co-workers so we could get it done together and only 1 of them showed up. Funny how lazy fellas don't show up at the gym after they make commitments.

Its tomorrow and my chest feels tender! My legs feel good though. I always worry how they will feel 48hrs out but I'm good. Maybe the recovery stack, good sleep and meals that make sense are working! Imagine that

This one time in my life, I ate like shlt, slept like shlt and I felt like shlt. Now, I eat pretty well, sleep a little better and got some good supps. I no longer feel like shlt. Funny what nutrition and rest can do.

Today was a little different with the supplements. I have been using PX Black since the beginning of this log but today I decided to give that 500-XT a try (free sample sent from Nutra). Popped one of those guys about 1hr before I left the house and I could feel it dong whatever in about 10 mins after I swallowed it. Being a big ol chicken I only did .5 of the recommended serving of Hemavol and .5 of the the same for Ignite. The drive is about 15 mins to the gym and I started sipping on the way. 10 mins down the road I was so anxious to get out the car but I never felt jittery. Today may have been my version of what other people refer to as being focused from a supplement! That statement has always been so irrelevant to me and I never pay attention to that part of a product review. Never really could see how a pill or drink could make you focused. You are either focused on doing the damn workout or your not. Well today, I wanted to get out that damn car and get the training done. That workout would have taken me an hour on most days but I was done in just over 40 mins. Several times I had to pay really close attention to my timer because I kept starting on the next set to soon. It was nice to have a stim effect without feeling like I was going to pass out or throw up. Pumps in my Lats where crazy noticeable just after my warmup and today was another personal record day on pulldowns! Still getting stronger and it just keep adding to the motivation :veryhappy:

She has been eating, sleeping, working and taking care of our new puppy. That little guy is taking up everyone's time. I'm sure she will jump on here in a few days.

My wife and I hit the legs together tonight. We wanted to focus more on the hammies this go round and get a little work on the shoulders towards the end.

Really sounds like you guys have a great time at the gym together... sounds like a solid relationship. I always respect at man who treats his woman well.
 
My wife does not go for trinkets but she demands I write her poems which I am good at incidenlty... a good poem goes a long way with her.
