Thanks, there actually down a lot! When I'm on my a game and benching regularly I put up some pretty good numbers in comparison to my body weight, few years back I got 315x8, 335x3 and 370max.

Trying to get those numbers back! And then break them!!!

I'm trying to teach some of these kids how to be more explosive and hit harder. Box squats, zurchers and loaded carries or farmers walks are a big part of that. I have them box squats heavy 3-5, zurchers for sets of 10-12 and farmers walks and some 25-30 yard walks with just enough weight that their grip doesn't fail or only fails maybe once or twice over 3 sets. I do these with them sometimes and if I scale the weight up to my strength to match there's I'm doing 365lb box squats, 145lb zurchers and carries with 50's. It's no fukin joke lol. Rest is only 1-2 min on the box squats and 30sec-1min on the zurchers and farmers walks

I had a lot of people watching and as stupid as it's going to sound, the right song came on at the right time right as I was unracking and I knew a PR was coming. I did 3 plates for 11 in the smith machine at planet fitness one day too lol. I only did it because the person in the smith machine next to me was quarter squatting 3 plates and I felt the need to make them look more ridiculous than they already looked 😂

If you guys go look through all the pictures I've ever posted I can't remember the last time when I had a back picture. For some reason now I feel like I want to start doing weighted pull-ups again 😆

I have more low back fat then I expected. Not a lot at all but by comparison to my upper back. It's similar to my lower abs in the front vs other body parts. I feel like some tren and winni would make me look pretty gnarly right now but I already kinda feel shitty lately. Allergies, probably had COVID cuz I haven't had a sense of smell in a few weeks, had a fever on and off and I got hurt a couple times and blah blah blah but I don't think I want any more headaches right now.

Might just be time for a good old chicken and broccoli diet

The lower abs and low back are usually the last areas that I have fat when cutting as well. Probably is a lot smarter to get that last bit of fat off through diet rather than throwing Tren or winni at it, but that would definitely hit it quicker, but I agree since you have been battling being sick and injuries adding either one would compound issues. My joints won’t even let me think about winni. But you’re already so lean now a good old chicken and broccoli diet probably would have you where you want within 4 to 6 weeks.

Unfortunately that won't get rid of the fat, just make the waste look smaller in comparison, but won't unhide the definition in the lower back like he wants.

I’ve got a good buddy of mine that comes to the gym every once in a while, but he’s a roofer and has some pretty good muscle, and from the back he looks like he’s in good shape, until he turns around and you see his Budweiser gut. 😂

Mine is the exact opposite. I look much leaner from the front than the back. The loose skin that fills with sub-q water does not help at all either.

Ya i want everything to tie in a little better. If it was as simple as wooing it into reality then ideally I'd like to take 2 more inches off my waist, keep my back the same and add another inch to my quads and hams. That would balance it out how I'd like it in a perfect world.

right now at age 42 I have seen it once or twice if I go on a FAST cut with a lot of fasting and I'm talking about multiple 60+hr fasts in a month to slam a quick 10lbs or something but it tightens up over time. But I do fully recognize that I'm going to be running out of time on that before long, its one of the reasons I contemplate trying to be leaner at this point in life before I get all stretched out like a ferral dog that had 10 litters.
 
Doing some meal plan tweaks, I'm not counting calories but I'm tracking food. Ive been doing meat, eggs and cheese for breakfast 4-5 days a week. In a pinch Ive been eating a $6 Dunkin breakfast deal with a added sausage patty. Any trip to the gym where I haven't ate breakfast yet I grab a RTD shake.

So 4-5 days are 3cups coffee, about a quarter cup half and half, two sausage patties four strips of bacon two eggs and a slice of cheese.

There's one or two days we're all grab that Duncan meal deal and there's one or two days where I'll have just a shake.

When I total up a average weeks breakfast calories and divide by 7 I'm averaging 630 cal a day. I'm not going to count everything but I do keep a ruff idea

The next meal is looking like that salad with beef and cottage cheese or r some kind of meat and cheese combo. The salad is a $3 salad kit and regardless of what kind I buy they're all roughly the same calories.

Pre P.M. gym is a shake or some Greek yogurt and fruit

After the gym I'm eating dinner with my family or there leftovers but it's meat, starch and vegetables. Tonight I'll make Curry chicken and rice or something like that.

My final meal will be to make sure I hit 250+ protein and it could be eggs or another meat and starch meal depending on the day.


Like tomorrow I'll be deadlifting so I'll be happy that extra meal.

If I was off at night it would be a omelette.

I'm gonna increase activity and not reduce food. I think lol.

Already pretty lean so I should be able to see what isn't isn't working pretty quick.
 
Looks like a good meal plan with plenty of protein throughout the day, and keeping your carbs around your workouts. That should work great, and knock off any remaining fat you have while keeping your muscle.👍

I use to hang out with this Jamaican dude and when he would be drunk, or around a lot of other Jamaican people or excited about something his Jamaican accent would get so strong it would be really hard to understand what he was saying.

But then he would do this thing when he knew I couldn't understand him he would start talking in an old lady's voice lol. He would change his accent from a Jamaican accent to like an old white lady and then everything he said would be super easy to understand lol.

I'd be at parties up in Bridgeport Connecticut with a bunch of Jamaican crips a couple Hispanic people and I'd be the only white dude around. And there could be 15 people in a circle telling some crazy ass story and if I couldn't understand it Biggs would stop the whole conversation and start talking to me in the old lady voice 😂

I had them pillow shoes on but I made sure I slipped them off in deadlifted barefoot so Hyde doesn't roast me 😭 😂
 
So I can say for certain that I'm not fueled up properly to lift like this. I was nauseous mid workout and it happened last time I deadlift and legs together or any workout that's over a hour and a half.

Not sure what supplements you’re taking, but you should hit Steve up and try some of his new stuff….. CEL BASIS, MPC-185, Cordarine, and SNS ATP Elite are all great…split the BASIS, and Cordarine up morning and pre workout, if in the evening, and ATP Elite and MPC-185 all pre-workout. You won’t regret, and those with the other stuff I’ve been taking have really speeded up the healing in my shoulder, and really help my old butt with recovery capacity.😎👍

Taking those shoes off is probably why you hit that pull no problem 😉 But in all seriousness, it does make it a lot harder in shoes with a lift and that compress.

You probably need a bigger meal prior to these, or some simple carbs during. All of my training sessions are about 100-150 minutes, and I always drink 50g Karbolyn during them, with added sodium & some other stuff. But having that during makes a big difference in helping sustain blood sugar.

I'm not going to use basic or corderine (although I'm interested in them but I'll probably try using those when I'm not on a cycle) I have SLU 332 on the way and I have been taking carderine before morning cardio a few times a week while I wasn't taking the GH.


So moving forward, with what I have and am currently using, how's this look.

And everybody's opinion is welcome here I would like to hear multiple of your opinions on what I'm doing.

(when I remember) I'm only doing this just because I've been told that adding 150 to 200 micrograms of t4 is supposed to make your HGH work a little better 🤷. I mean everything is working but idk if the t4 is really doing anything but I got two bottles and it's free so why not. I don't like t3 at all so I only use it if I have to at 25-37.5 dose but at the moment I'm not touching it and I have no plans on it.

Also telmasartin 60mg
Just added ralox @50mg because as I've been getting leaner I can start to see a tiny bit of my gyno showing through. I would say it's not noticeable yet but I have a feeling if I get any leaner it will be noticeable so I'm hoping to shrink what's there a tiny bit until I put some fluff back on to hide it. I'm probably going up to 100mg for a week or 2 because that usually zaps it pretty quick and gets it to a spot where it's not noticeable again. I actually haven't had to do that in over a year so I guess I got lucky.

I was thinking about adding back in 1200mg of epiandro per day and SLU when it arrives

I was thinking about getting my intra-workout back on point so you might have nailed that. 50gm carbs and 10-15gm easy might be what the DR. Ordered. I think before the bench comp I was at 100gm carbs and 20gm eat, 10gm creatine and 10gm glutamine the final 4 weeks
 
Oh, I gained 7lbs in the past 3 days for some reason and I'm stumped lol. That or maybe the last time I took my weight was when I was sick so I was down and now I just gained it back, but it seems to have came out of nowhere and I did notice I just look bigger lately so that's what made me think to weigh myself.

Could be a combination of the fact that I got sick for a few days and I stopped taking the GH and then I got better and added it back in. So less food and less water for 2 weeks

Looks like a solid cycle….Epiandro probably would be good to add in…I always liked the boost it gives pre-workout. Hyde made a good point about the carbs, truthfully I didn’t even think about your carbs being low, and that would definitely drain you. Actually I need to try the Karbolyn myself, I’ve been eating Haribo Gold Bears during and after workouts. 😜

You must have some good hair genetics! I think I was balding before I got of of high school :ROFLMAO:
I have a fairly thick head of hair. It's thinned a little but I don't think I have to worry about balding because my younger brother has already lost like 50% of his hair. But me and my 72 year old father Have a full head of hair. i seem to shed "slightly" on cycle but nothing Worth worrying about.

Unfortunately besides the good hair genetics I also have good titty genetics because I can grow gyno with the best of them!
