A good "PUMP" blend?

Thought I would toss this out here to you guys to get your thoughts. Does this look like a good PUMP product that you would take with your pwo or even use by itself: Glycine Propionyl L-Carnitine Hydrochloride (GlycoCarn)- 4,500mg Creatine Nitrate- 1,500mg Just want to get everyones thoughts on this because I've been hearing a lot of great things (and reading many studies on effective doses!) on both recently with results shouwing great increases in "pump" during workouts. Look forward to getting feedback from everyone!!

interesting...why do you say pass on GPLC?

would you suggest creatine nitrate + arginine nitrate + agmatine? The pwo I'm looking to combine it with already contains 2,500mg citrulline so I'm thinking mainly just products shown to be more specifically "pump" oriented. I have read studies describing citrulline as a possible "NOS inhibitor" so it would effectively weaken vasodilation acutely, but it could lead to a more chronic vasodilatory compensation effect (otherwise I couldn't agree with you more on citrulline inclusion!).

I really appreciate the help and input!!

yea looks g2g i have talked to allot of people about this subject, allot tried yok3d and liked it and GPLC some even said GPLC made the pump painful, yok3d contains mainly creatine nitrate.

GPLC studies are very poor and biased.

I would just do creatine nitrate OR arginine nitrate + agmatine. No need for both.

Could you link me to the specific study on citrulline? If anything, citrulline is a vasodilator acutely.

whoops, think you meant: Arginine Nitrate

Proprietary Blend (Arginine Nitrate Vitis Vinifera L. (Powergrape®)Trichopus Zeylanicus (whole plant) Extract) 1350 mg **
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 100 mg

agree with this...no need to overcomplicate it...

Sorry for delay on response here! yok3d does only have arginine nitrate, not the creatine nitrate like schizm stated.

@ mr. copper69- I agree that only one nitrate needs to be included, from all the feedback on creatine nitrate that looks like it would be preffered by most.

I agree on thoughts that citrulline is a vasodilator acutely (that's what I always thought!), it was a link on another forum about effects of citrulline malate that I now can't seem to find...I sent PM to person who linked those studies, but have yet to receive the response on it. I put a high emphasis on citrulline and love its effects.

The only thing bad about yoked is getting the timing down which is terribly tough for me.
