A good Ph please

whats a good PH to help lean out and gain lean muscle. i have tried trenadrol and m-drol be4 great results is there anything else out there? really want to stack it with Trenadrol.

how was your run with trenadrol?

did you run it with mdrol? or was that a separate run?

What is was your dosing scheme and bodyweight?

I say Trenadrol bridge into Mdrol .......... Rugger is doing that right now.
 
ya i ran tren for 4 weeks and at week 2 i obught in mdrol
both was 2 caps a day, and im at 185 tryna get down to the 160 range

HAVOC/EPISTANE or H-DROL...hands down(IMO):head:

mdrol will pack on size, as well as tren...........depending on water and caloric intake.

I think you need to add in cardio.

Whats your diet like?

Why do you want to drop to 160? Totally lean out?

More info needed.
 
a good stack is spawn...it itself is a stack of esp and tren...i got very good results from it


and Kristofer68SS does mdrol raise ur Blood pressure?

oh yes........among many other sides

messes with liver values, LDL and HDL's, shuts you down with the quickness, etc...

That is why you see alot of guys run Cycle Support or Cycle Assist pre, during and after mdrol cycles.

Mdrol is not joke.

Spawn is a bad mofo too.

most of what has been mentioned here is PS, you stated PH, do you mean both? if so, then i agree with those who mention Hdrol for leaning out, it's F-IN great for that, and maintaining muscle while you do it.
 
hey Kristofer68SS...do u recommend anything thats in the line of power as havoc/mdrol/SD/pplex/etc that dosent raise ur BP??

There are very few that don't have the capability to raise BP.... I didn't think H-drol of all things would, but apperently it does:frustrate...of course it all depends on the individual as well as proper support supp usage
 
yea i think imma just cut spawn in half and buy a bottle of tren and a bottle of havoc (i dotn like esp and i nvr tried havoc) and lower the dosage on tren/havoc...which ever one creates the high BP

Again, what is your experience in PH/PS.

More importantly, what is your age?
 
im young 19 to be exact....but i been taking phs for the past yr or 2.....i kno its too young to start but like at arnold...he started gear when he was 15 lol and had a great body by 18 or 19 (he had an early start) which is wat im looking to do....and btw my pic is old im much bigger in that pic i was 160...now im 180
 
and to clear up ur confusion spawn is made up of epi and tren....my question was which one raises the bp, epi or tren...if both do then which one does more?

BUt i am out of this thread.

21 is the absolute youngest i will advise. I really like guys to be 23 before they start messing with there nutsack.

Good luck and please do your homework on the compounds you choose and PCT.

Im sure mdrol is a little worse on the blood pressure thing but i started P-Plex yesterday and last night i couldnt get to sleep, i was really restless and it felt like my BP was really high. I had been tired all day after taking it and then couldnt fall asleep...kinda weird.
