I remember you mentioning this about Big Noise. Is it the glycerol?

Yeah Big Noise was absolutely awful. Total gut bomb & made me gag to drink it (and I drink some nasty **** for gains). Someone gave me a tub to try and I threw it where it belonged after 2 uses - the trash.

Daft Pump, zero issues, even first thing in the morning.

This is about as perfect as a day of nutrition can get for me, I like to keep fat 50 or under, carbs under 100 and protein around the 200 mark. Now just to stay on track (or close to it for the long weekend)

Notes; This is the first time I have done free weight bar bell squats in quite awhile, and they felt pretty good!

Abs are getting tighter as I get a bit leaner, but I really don't think I will ever been as lean as I would like.

Honestly for me it seems to be any pump product. I thought it was the glycerol and got rid of all of those. But I'm on Ghost Pump now and still am experiencing it. It might just be too much volume of liquid in a short time span, coupled with vasodilation effects on gut motility. But I digress. Back to the machine that is Rocket!

I never used the pec deck much, but as I get older it serves as a great movement to warm up the shoulder joint.
 
I think that whole set up was about $199 20-25 years ago

If we are going back I want to go to about 1970 and buy a few cars !!
 
Don’t hate me but my first car was technically a 66 Mustang. I wasn’t mechanical or into cars much though so my dad sold it. Considering I needed to do a lot of commuting it was for the best.

I meant to tell you to just have glucose tabs or a bottle of honey on hand in the gym if your blood sugar starts to crash. Bought another bottle of glucose tabs yesterday actually for the meet Sunday.

Pump Script, No problems with blood sugar, nice pump, nothing crazy. I will give it a go again tomorrow with back & Bi's

you should be fine. there is more carbs in a large pizza :D

I have a bag of Dried fruit just for that occasion, Its been in my gym bag for over 2 years! LOL
Follidrone made me about pass out one day in the gym. had it in there ever since.

I really like that axe farm fed whey, mixes amazing and tasted amazing I had the cookies and cream one.

I haven't tried it yet but with Rocket and others giving it a shot I may have to pick up a tub.

Blend up a glazed donut and put a scoop of that Glazed donut flavored protein in it. #hardgainer ;)
