Another great night of sleep last night thanks to 3z.
I plan on working out on thursday morning and i cracked open a tub of pineapple con-cret... that's not bad tasting at all...

Another awesome night of rest last night thanks to 3Z... had a good workout yesterday and not really sore at all today....
had some wicked dreams too... i had a dream of this young lady that i wad a crush on at work... bad thing is, she is married and even in my dream she didn't want anything to do with me lol. Also in my dream was some wrestler that punched me in the stomach... hehe
Anyway, good stuff.

Suddenly, I'm in the mood for a sandwich...
Anyway... great sleep and fully restored to start my day... good thing about 3z is, i haven't built up any tolerance to the ingredients... in fact, it appears my quality of sleep is increasing with every dose... you can't say that about a lot of supplements.
 
I clicked on the email update link that brings me to your thread. I just got home from work, so I got up and walked away before the page popped up. I wish I could have seen my face while walking back towards my laptop, lol. I was really confused for a minute when I saw a bunch of buttcheeks. :hump:
 
ahhh... a great night of sleep... these nights have been great thanks to the deep sleep and amazing dreams from 3z... time to get a workout in!

lol... i have to agree 100%. It seems that the sleep is improving with each dose... and i agree on the dreaming... wow. this morning i didn't want to wake up... i was sooo comfortable, not groggy but it was like being on some clouds... very nice
 
very very nice sleep last night... i thought it was going to be difficult for me to rest since i got some important news yesterday. my adrenaline was going pretty good since i found out the news but 3z relaxed me and got me to sleep with no problems.
Last april i was laid off from the hotel i worked at because the owners defaulted on a 7 million dollar loan... shut down and told everyone to get off the property... in less than 24 hours they erected a big fence and even kicked out all the guests (they paid for long term stay... like 3 months... oil refinery workers)
it was sad for everyone... well, yesterday i found out that the hotel was sold and the new owners expect to be open in 3 - 4 months... which means i have a chance to get my job back! i spent some time trying to get some contact info on the new owners and i even contacted the union that represents hotel employees... so, we'll see what happens... i need to go over there to the property and see if there is a contact number for applications...
 
i haven't been feeling well... i think i have tonsillitis... sore throat and ear ache.
been in bed all day... meh. at least i have 3z to help me sleep.

After you come off 3z you really notice how much it works. I currently take it about 3 or so nights a week and hghpro on the other nights

3z had me in a deep sleep last night... when i woke up this morning i was dreaming i was part of the A-Team and we were trying to extract a team member from a hospital with trash bags, helium, and some rope... he had a cast on his arm and leg and the enemy was closing in on us lol
man... talk about deep sleep...
 
3z continues to put me into a deep sleep. i have 2 weeks left in this 2nd bottle and the ingredients are still working quite well. no tolerance build up whatsoever.

This is so true. I forgot to take my sleep supps two nights in a row this week, so I decided to just go without all week. The first night I didn't notice anything. The rest of the week I was very restless, woke up A LOT, and had a hard time getting back to sleep. I don't think it's any coincidence that I haven't worked out in the AM all week, either. I usually do the majority of my four or five workouts in the AM...
 
the difference for me is just how deep of a sleep i get into with 3z. with a sh!tty bed and cats running all over my bed at night i could never get into this deep of sleep unless i had a few beers before bed. i used to wake up several times a night now i go days and days without having that mid night wake up. it's good stuff
 
damn... i almost forgot about adding to my log.
nothing new to mention. 3z is still working. Deep long lasting sleep. I didn't wake up all night. I feel great today. gonna get a workout in today.
 
it's getting difficult to stay interesting lol - i think by now anyone reading this "log" will get the point that ai 3z does what it claims. lol

i woke up today pretty refreshed. almost 2 bottles in and the ingredients still work... and i have no negative sides from taking it this long... at least no signs of anything negative.
 
ahhhhhhh! refreshed... recharged and ready to go today. weird dreams last night... but the only part i remember was i was on a motorcycle riding around some city holding printed directions and asking people if they could help me find my way to the freeway and nobody was speaking english. then i found my way to some futuristic parking garage that had elevators for your vehicles... anyway, 3z knocked me out once again and put me into dreamworld for the night.

i have nothing bad to say about this product... the only thing i wish it could do is help get me to sleep quicker. it could be me, though... even with otc sleep aids i have to take them 2 hours before i get to bed because for me it takes forever to kick in. so, it might not be like that for everyone that takes 3z... for some it kicks in after 30 - 45 minutes
i think it is because my back is always aching and i have a hard time getting comfortable that no matter what i take that is otc it will take time for me to doze off.
but once i am asleep 3z stands out... before i would wake up multiple times... it's not like that with 3z... long deep sleep for 8 hours.
 
I started the 3rd and final bottle last night. I had a great night of deep long lasting sleep. I needed the rest because I spent several hours working in the yard Sunday and Monday... chopping and sawing this huge thorny tree/bush... even though i lift weights regularly, i still felt sore lol... i recommend sawing wood for cardio... it beats the shake weight :p
oh, and i got this cool AI mixer bottle with my 3z and the bottle came with a little whisk ball thing... pretty cool
 
That's a blender bottle. They're great for BCAAs. I'll never go without one again.

Yep I love blender bottles, they dont leak and just great bottles.
 
I had a hard time sleeping last night because i was having really bad gas... something i ate really fu!@ed me up. i had to keep the windows wide open to air the damn place out. I was in the bathroom at least 3 - 4 times throughout the night. Oh well, not 3z's fault.
 
Aahhhhh, what an excellent night of sleep... i felt as if i was on the clouds... i was super comfortable and i think i was actually smiling while i slept. I can't remember my dreams that much but i do remember seeing Clint Eastwood and a few other celebs in my dream...
anyway, 3z is still working nicely even after all these days... no tolerance build up as far as i can tell
 
it's getting hard to keep this log going. lol i mean, in terms of not repeating myself over and over... but i'll do it because that's what i signed up for.

There's really nothing more to say right now. I'm getting a deep sleep on a nightly basis.
 
the sleep was great last night... i remember the times when i would wake up at night because of something i heard on my police scanner or when i'd wake up because my old time radio stream went silent and i would have to fix it... that never happens anymore... i sleep right through the night. this is positively the one way i can tell that i am in a deep sleep using 3z

i hear robberies on a daily basis... and back in november a bank robbery turned into a car chase that ended up with a dead police officer (shot by the robber)
this city is terrible.

That's crazy! A local restaurant owner got busted today for a pill mill. I have my suspicion which restaurant it was, but I haven't actually seen it announced, yet.

what kind of feelings do you notice on it verses when you dont take it? like is sleep much deeper?

pill mills are everywhere in florida thought, right? i watched a documentary on Current TV on all the pain management offices in florida and how they hand out pills like they're running a candy store.

well, it doesn't seem to help me get to sleep faster... but to be honest, when i was taking actual over the counter sleeping pills, they took up to 3 hours to kick in... and part of my problem of getting to sleep no matter what i take is i toss and turn trying to get comfortable. my back aches really bad if i sleep on it and no matter what i do i just don't get to that comfortable position for a good hour to 2 hours... but what i notice about 3z is once i am asleep, i am asleep for the entire night and that's a huge difference compared to when i don't take anything at all. When i wake up the next day i am not groggy but what i notice is i am really really comfortable and could sleep longer if i wanted to.

That's definitely a win. What kind of back issues do you have? I have back problems that are remedied with some moderate cardio and regular lifting. If I don't maintain these activities I can't sleep, lift, or even sit for more than a few minutes.
 
back when i was a teenager i was in a few car accidents and there was a time at the beach where i dove in a really shallow area and really tweaked the hell out of my back... the doctor said i didn't do any serious damage but had some strained muscles at whatnot... no serious damage but ever since i have the continuous back aches... and last year i also was out of work for 3 weeks after straining my back again... it hurt so bad and went into a spasm... i could hardly stand up. i have had other injuries but for some reason my back is injury prone.... nothing wrong with my spine as far as i can tell... i never had the money to have a chiropractor do an in depth examination... but yeah... that's why i like having 3z because once i am asleep i'm out for the night.
 
That sounds similar to the issues I've had with my back. I have a herniated disc that causes spasm now and then.

do you do regular hyper extensions for your back?

i swear by these for strengthen the back and making it feel better, when mine gets tight Im off to the hyper extension machine
 
once i get back to work and get medical insurance (the hotel i worked at closed down last year and everyone got the layoff... the hotel has been sold and we're tryin to get our jobs back) i will be getting my back checked out... in the meantime i have just been dealing with the aches with motrin.
sorry for the lack of posting regarding the 3z log. i think i am down to my last 5 or so days... been a great ride... hopefully this log will help people decide to use the product. i know whenever i look into a product i might want to use i tend to look for reviews... that helps me more than reading the label more often than not.

I would suggest this product to people looking to get the deep sleep and 8 hours of rest they need to help their muscles grow...
It is a safe and effective way to reach that deep sleep without having to take dangerous drugs. i give the product 4 stars out of five because i really would like to know how much Valerian is in the product... i'm not a big fan of proprietary blends... but overall, this product is a winner to me.
 
Proprietary blends are necessary evil, I guess. I don't care for them, but they don't stop me from using products from reputable companies. Thank you for the log and great to hear that you enjoyed 3Z enough to suggest it to others.
