BOOM!! But my butt hurts like I did 60 min on the stairs from sitting on it.
I like to think I get a majority of my vitamins through food. I'll increase Vitamin C during flu season. Also enjoy the benefits of fish oil + fiber. What are your thoughts on Green Tea? I hear it's great for fat loss/increased metabolism.
This looks pretty good.... you may want to try a calcim supplement without the dairy (I really dont eat any dairy either.... just cut it out, not allergic to it).
As for the vitamins your requirements are not the same as joe shmo because look how active you are... you need a higher level to supply your body and help repair.... the amounts look good.... plus I'm sure your diet is on point so you are getting vitamins from your food too.... do you include greens in the diet?
Hahaha Marms. I think you should be fine with that, maybe up Vitamin C because for immune function this time of year and also helps lean out. I'm at 6,000mg/daily. 1,000 with each meal. chromium seems to be fine 300mg/daily? You can up to 500 if you start feeling a sweettooth. Agree with jiggabills calcium comment. How's your iron?
Vitamin C, unlike E, is water soluble you cant overdose the body just excretes what it doesnt use. We could handle up to 20g but thats excessive - 5 is plentiful and aids L-Carnitine synthesis.
I have issues with retaining iron but I don't take anything for it I just eat a lot of kale, red meat, white kidney beans, and other stuff to try and get it. Remember we only absorb 10% of the iron we take in so it youre not getting a good helping in your diet maybe consider iron sulfate. Recommended dosage should be fine.
I like Green Tea and I think it's fairly beneficial but I'm taking other stims righ now, so I don't need anymore caffeine!!!! That's good you get most of your nutrients through food.
Curious....why do you cut the dailry out if your not allergic?
GREENS?? What's that?!?Yes, i eat plenty of greens- asparagus, spinach, broccoli etc....
What kind of vit's does your girl take??
Up the Vit C....I will do that! Was wondering how much would be too much, but I see your taking quite a bit. Have been taking a few extra lately since being sick because I heard that's supposed to help. Chromium I take one before each main meal but will add a few more in between as well.
I forgot to list iron,,,,I've been taking one pill a day but don't recall at what dose. I naturally have low iron and don't eat a ton of red meat. How much are you thinking??

Im not allergic to it, just ended up cutting it out... as for the greens... if you are loading up, you're getting a good vitamin supply as well from that source
My wife uses C, B Complex, multi, and Primrose Oil (on and off depending on diet)
Appreciate the info, I was sick again yesterday so I doubled up on the vit c. I think Im going to start eating more red meat as well. I always seem to feel better after a nice, juicy, lean steak!!
toss in some echinacea, golden seal and zinc when sick... youll nuke it
Whats the golden seal do ?

If I wasn't married, that would have made me tell you that I love you. A nice, rare steak is damn hard to beat.

I always have echinacea on deck during diet. A lean flank steak keeps my sanity during diet. That and salmon.
I used to eat flank (and still like it) but I switched to Grass Fed Beef... if I buy in bulk, I can get it cheaper than steaks at the store.. plus its grass fed! I bought a freezer for my garage that is my "Meat Only" Freezer.. currently has 200 lbs of grass fed beef, and will have 200 lbs chicken breasts added to it on Wed. BOOM hahahaha

helps clear toxins from the blood stream. I love taking the above combo when I'm sick to nuke the virus! There are some cough drops I get, usually at *** (*** brand) that are called Zinc lozenges... zinc and bee propolis...but they taste amazing as well!
