8 week winter oral bridge- what do the EXPERIENCED think?

Was thinking pmag bridged into epistane
Pmag for 6 weeks
Epi for 3
The epi would come into play at the last week of pmag thus coming out for three weeks

The theory is it will help me solidfy gains like one would on an sd-epi bridge

I got two bottles of pmag and I am looking to throw something together....

Whatcha think?

How is that a bridge? A bridge is using low-dosed AAS between two heavier cycles with the intention of helping to maintain gains. It looks like you are just running a normal cycle consisting of 2 orals.

then....I suppose my definition of a bridge is off lol....I considered it a bridge because The use of pmag overlaps into epi finishing out the cycle with epi....good to know I suppose

well.....When I run this ****(which I am!) I will let you know how my levels turn out...I always get blood work done.....But I dunno pmag and epi arent as harsh as SD but I think if u did it you would be okay as SD is harsh but epi isnt TOO harsh for a methylated compound....I dunno ask around? Oh and while I am here....Is the ECA stack illegal? I am running a cut with epi and 11 oxo and looking to get up on a thermo for the last 4 weeks

Why would aspirin or caff. be illegal? I'll tell you what's not illegal though, going to CVS and getting some cold medicine... think about it.

Pretty sure a cycle consisting of two steroids ran sequentially with an overlap is only called a "bridge" on this forum. Anywhere else a "bridge" describes low-dosed AAS use between cycles (hence, "bridging" from one real cycle to another). Semantics don't really matter, though, we know what you're talking about.

On ECA legality, the thing is that ephedrine can no longer be sold in the US as a diet supplement. It is still sold as an OTC bronchial asthma medication. To use it for weight loss *might* be technically illegal, I don't know.

I say "OTC", but what I've seen personally is that you have to ask the pharmacist for it and they might run your ID to keep track of how many you buy per month (probably to prevent people from buying enough to make meth out of it).

If you run ECA or EC, just be sure to taper up and down. Stopping abruptly can result in headaches.

You also might want to consider getting bloodwork sometime during your cycle if you want to be on the safe side. Maybe right before or shortly after you start the EPI. 8 continuous weeks is a pretty long duration for an oral cycle. Blood work I've seen suggests that high-dosed, short-duration oral cycles are less "harsh" on the liver than longer-duration low/moderate dosed oral cycles. In other words, time seems to be a bigger determining factor than dose when it comes to liver values. This is why "pulsing" seems to be minimally harsh on the liver when done properly.

All I would suggest checking is lipids and especially liver values. Obviously you know you're going to be shutdown, so LH/FS/Test/etc won't really matter. That kind of blood test is actually pretty cheap if you use privatemedlabs. Or, if you have insurance, you might be able to convince your doctor to get you a free one.

yep I am planning to run supports as well as bloodtests around like week 6....will check out the liver lipids etc etc to make sure I am not totally nuking my liver.....So on the ephedrine- would something like just straight up sudafed work? What doses are reccomended here?
