6oxo=sleeplessness?

I've been stuffing my face full of 300mg of trione bout an hour before I go to bed. I've never taken this before and I couldn't find any posts about sides when i searched site. Am I alone in this and do you guys think a lil splash of melatonin would fix this for the next couple weeks? Thanks
 
i have never had that problem with the ox ,but when i used novedex. i would take it with my last meal at work ,and it would give me this short burst of energy , but it didnt matter because i was at work so i would just roll with it. maybe you could try taking it a little earlier. and some zma or zmt would probably work great with this. i love that stuff it gives me the craziest dreams.
 
I've had this same problem. Not only can't I fall asleep at night, but I'm only able to get about 3 or 4 hours of sleep (not because I had to be up that early, just because I wasn't able to go back to sleep). Instead of taking 300 mg with my last meal at 9 or 10 o'clock, I started taking 300 mg with dinner at around 6:00 p.m. and thats helped a little bit. I know you're suppose to take it at night because that's when your estrogenic activity is at its peak or something (not too sure what the reasoning is), but not getting any sleep wasn't doing me any good.
 
I take it 30min before breakfast and 30 min before lunch. That keeps the sleep sides at bay for the first 7-10 days. But after that once it builds up in my system, it wrecks my sleep anyway. All AI's pretty much wreck my sleep patterns eventually. Ironically, they're pretty much the only supplements that give me results other than creatine and running cycles.

I've tried many sleep aide concoctions. Most of them give mediocre results without supplements. Most of them don't work when I'm running AI's.
 
I'm having the same problem right now. I took it last week and fell asleep at 5 am and just felt miserable for 2 days only got one workout in after that. I take my nighty night tea every night that puts me to sleep but that didn't help at all when I took trione. Don't remember it happening the first time I took it either. Waiting a few more days and I'm going to take it in the morning.. screw proper timing.. Sleep is way more important!
 
i remember when i used 6oxo when it first came out, it did the same for me, some weird sleep. My advice would be to take it earlier in the night like someone else said.

By weird sleep do you mean interrupted sleep or deep sleep with vivid dreams?

Its a minor irritation mainly I was interested in whether or not I was alone in this or not. I wanted (want) to read up on the differences between the different ai's and some serms and im not finding anything topical. Some as others have clearly attest to cause interrupted sleep and others cause deep sleep. This is just the first time I've gotten the interrupted sleep patterns, and didn't want to start taking melatonin if it was going to make it worse or simply unproductive since I don't know why it has these effects.

i said weird because i couldnt classify it. I was thinking it gave me interrupted sleep or sleeplessness but at times i would have some very vivid dreams so i just said weird haha. The reason its suggested to be taken before bed is that is when our body regulates hormones more, i think you could take it in the afternoon or with dinner and should be fine, idk its been a long time since i used that.
 
For me personally, I was referring to interrupted sleep and inability to fall asleep. Unfortunately, all AI's do that to me including Hyperdrol, Formestane, trione, ATD.

IMO the trione (6oxo) strength gains in the gym are noticable. But they aren't worth it since body composition doesn't doesn't change like with formestane or 6bromo.
 
Tried it agan in the morning and still can't sleep. Take a day off and I sleep.. coincidence? I don't think after 2 times. Come to think of it..I think the first time I took it I was taking a sleep stack at night so probably why it didn't effect me. Took numerous things to counteract the effect but still not working this time. I'm just stopping.. Not worth it.

No.. not for me. Did 1 gram of melatonin, 300mg of 5-htp, 400mg of magnesium, 25mg of b-6, 500mg of tryptophan. 3,000mg of taurine, 1,000mg of gaba and felt NOTHING but stared at the ceiling all night.

I have a history of insomnia.. I need serious stuff to put me out.. the little fixes don't work anymore. Anything that can disrupt sleep will keep me up all night no matter what I take. Just didn't have this problem the first time around.

Hmm, try something like 3mg melatonin with 3g tryptophan with 50-75mg generic benedryl. If that doesn't work, you're gonna need to get a script IMO.

drop the gaba as it is a "sweet spot" time limited effect. In other words, if I don't fall right to sleep in that 20 minute window, especially if I take it sublingual, Im wide awake after that.

Also drop the B6 and magnesium. They can occasionally give people intense dreams which may interfere with quality of sleep. I can't take ZMA whatsoever because of this.

Finally, taurine has some mild "focus/thinking" effects for me. It could also be impairing your sleep.

I'm not a fan of 5htp, but opinions vary. So, I'll leave that one up to you.
