6 Week Fat Loss Challenge

You guys are working hard. Fuel to my fire. You are all making the work look easy...doing twice what I can on the running and then some. And then, to make it worse, you say you haven't even run in forever. I suck at running, haha.
 
I normally run on the trail, but after doing some research on running outdoors, I found out it's bad on your knees. Plus I found out the hard way back in Nov 15. Then! in 2016 BPS supplements develop ANDROcrine!
That made My right knee and Shoulders bounce back!
 
I hate running on a treadmill! I got one knee that's a little wonky, but running doesn't bother it too bad. I do have some issues with my Achilles tendons that flares up occasionally. For about the last 4 months, my cardio has been a stationary bike. Hopefully I'll get back to running outside at least once a week. Wish I could find something to help with my Achilles tendons.
 
Joint force from epharm or injure eeze from Evomuse....if it were in stock. It is a good pain killer and anti inflammatory

At least youre running, and youre right, trail running is rough. But thanks for the bump on Androcrine!! It is truly an amazing product

So food intake today was 3 eggs scrambled w/1 tbl butter and black coffee, lunch was 2 cups steamed broccoli and 1 tin of sardines, supper was 12 ounces of salmon, 1 cup of beets and 3 cups raw spinach. Also had 2 protein shakes as snacks during the day. Puts me at about 1600 kcals for today. And if I figured correctly, macros were 35gr carbs / 160gr protein / 84gr fat

However, tomorrow I foresee a Papa Murphy's Herb Chicken Mediterranean pizza cooked on the smoker. We shall see where my calories end up at the end of the day

I had a cortisone injection into the right one about 4 years ago, which I will never do again. Cortisone shot into your Achilles tendon is no bueno!

Yeah man they suck, I used to get them in my foot for plantar fasciitis. Worst one ever,even worse than going through my arch, was when he went through the top off my foot, and when it was almost out, he changed directions and pushed it back through at a different angle.

I was supposed to get one in each foot. After he did the first one, I told him if he wanted to do the other one he was gonna need a few more people to hold me down.
 
SFreed - my knowledge of these issues is theoretical, but I have a dad and a grandmother with pain issues and I've researched some.

One of the big issues with tendons and joints, etc. Is that blood flow is extremely limited to those areas, so inflammation and damage takes forever to heal, at which point you will usually cause more damage before it can heal.

Increasing blood flow may be extremely helpful. Niacin and niacinamide have different functions in helping this but may help and are often not thought of.

Beyond this, stuff you probably use may also help - particularly NO products like citrulline, agmatine, etc.

And for direct relief, Joint Force is something that everyone I've given it to says is a miracle.

There is always BPC too, if you're like hairygrandpa.

Hope it feels better. Great job on the dieting this week. You've earned that pizza for sure.

It's my sixth day working consecutive shifts. My supps are working overtime like me. Such a feeling of well being Its hard. To explain.

I got at least 5 hugs yesterday at work from the ladies. Another smacked my a$$. Oh my. As she walked by.

Feeling great. Leg day today.
 
Today was a rest day, but I went to the gym anyway. No real plan, but focused on shoulders and became "that guy". Spent about 2 1/2 hours because I was talking almost as much as I was lifting. I normally never talk to guys when I'm there. Just a nod and maybe a "How's it going" at the most, but this time I figured why not. Nice thing was that I had spotters (which I never have), so I pushed a few lifts beyond what I normally would. 1.45 lifting (talking), 20 minutes abs and 25 on the bike. Then groceries, mowed the yard, and got food ready for the week. And, as promised FireTitan, food p0rn..........

First off, sometimes it is good to take the hit and socialize (especially being an off day) because now, like you said, you have spotters!

Second off...I am really craving a cheat meal tonight and I'm about to give in and your photo of pizza may have done me in. I am blaming you, because it is convenient, but I'm really just weak. Thanks for taking the heat for me, haha.

Nutritional info for half of this (yes, I ate half) is 1,520 calories. So, including the frosty adult beverage, I'm 1,704 calories all in. Unless I indulge in another frosty beverage, which at this point seems fairly likely.

I don't possess HIT4ME's or BEAST73's dedication and will power to the diet, or FireTitans super human strength. In the words of Popeye, I am what I am. Don't hate me for it!

Nice! I have come to the conclusion that you just have to please your desires at time, because they apparently fuel your drive. And not super human strength, but Im slack in so many other aspects, my body compensates with a little extra "Mongo" .

A month ago Sunday, I ate a 14" cheese pizza from Joey D's. The closest thing to Chicago Pizza I have ever had. Myself.
My wife was able to grab 3 slices.
 
I had Pizza today as well guys. Lets just call it a carbs and football day. We have to have them occasionally. Im not going to post my entire workout again, as Ive already posted it on my training log, but I wanted to give a couple highlights. And yes, I know a few of you have seen it earlier on my log. But I started phase 2 of lifted67s HST program which means weight move up and reps go from 15 down to 10. But, I was able to drop 2 sets of 10 squats today @315lbs and got my 2 sets of 10 hammer curls with 75s, and they felt fairly easy. Those in themselves made the pizza worth it to me! Attaching a short clip of my curls, just cause honestly, Im pretty happy with them. I really tried to focus on not swinging around toInvalid Link Removed get them up.

Get some ART done on them you will be surprised how much they loosen up when scar tissue is broken down.

Looks awesome! I get a free meal tonight and that is just fueling the fire. I am probably going with sushi after I lift.

We actually got a Portillos down here. After they sold it off. My wife took care of Dick P. They bought the entire floor of that wing hot dogs and beefs.
