I normally run on the trail, but after doing some research on running outdoors, I found out it's bad on your knees. Plus I found out the hard way back in Nov 15. Then! in 2016 BPS supplements develop ANDROcrine!
That made My right knee and Shoulders bounce back!
I hate running on a treadmill! I got one knee that's a little wonky, but running doesn't bother it too bad. I do have some issues with my Achilles tendons that flares up occasionally. For about the last 4 months, my cardio has been a stationary bike. Hopefully I'll get back to running outside at least once a week. Wish I could find something to help with my Achilles tendons.
So food intake today was 3 eggs scrambled w/1 tbl butter and black coffee, lunch was 2 cups steamed broccoli and 1 tin of sardines, supper was 12 ounces of salmon, 1 cup of beets and 3 cups raw spinach. Also had 2 protein shakes as snacks during the day. Puts me at about 1600 kcals for today. And if I figured correctly, macros were 35gr carbs / 160gr protein / 84gr fat
However, tomorrow I foresee a Papa Murphy's Herb Chicken Mediterranean pizza cooked on the smoker. We shall see where my calories end up at the end of the day

I've been dealing with Noninsertional Achilles Tendinitis for about the last 6 years. It comes and goes, mainly because I tend to overwork it and not let it heal properly. Calf stretches are what I typically do, but that doesn't do much after the fact. Kinesiology tape will help after I've pushed it too far (like today). I had a cortisone injection into the right one about 4 years ago, which I will never do again. Cortisone shot into your Achilles tendon is no bueno!
Yeah man they suck, I used to get them in my foot for plantar fasciitis. Worst one ever,even worse than going through my arch, was when he went through the top off my foot, and when it was almost out, he changed directions and pushed it back through at a different angle.

I was supposed to get one in each foot. After he did the first one, I told him if he wanted to do the other one he was gonna need a few more people to hold me down.
Today was a rest day, but I went to the gym anyway. No real plan, but focused on shoulders and became "that guy". Spent about 2 1/2 hours because I was talking almost as much as I was lifting. I normally never talk to guys when I'm there. Just a nod and maybe a "How's it going" at the most, but this time I figured why not. Nice thing was that I had spotters (which I never have), so I pushed a few lifts beyond what I normally would. 1.45 lifting (talking), 20 minutes abs and 25 on the bike. Then groceries, mowed the yard, and got food ready for the week. And, as promised FireTitan, food p0rn..........

I normally never talk to guys when I'm there. Just a nod and maybe a "How's it going" at the most, but this time I figured why not. FireTitan my brother is a fireman in Chicago. I think he's super man. I should get him on here. He (like you probably) jumps between 10 story buildings with gear on.
It's my sixth day working consecutive shifts. My supps are working overtime like me. Such a feeling of well being Its hard. To explain.

Nutritional info for half of this (yes, I ate half) is 1,520 calories. So, including the frosty adult beverage, I'm 1,704 calories all in. Unless I indulge in another frosty beverage, which at this point seems fairly likely.
I don't possess HIT4ME's or BEAST73's dedication and will power to the diet, or FireTitans super human strength. In the words of Popeye, I am what I am. Don't hate me for it!

A month ago Sunday, I ate a 14" cheese pizza from Joey D's. The closest thing to Chicago Pizza I have ever had. Myself.
