Duda will be competing in the NPC California Championships in 6 weeks. He currently weighs in at 206lbs and will be competing as a light heavyweight. Continue to follow this thread as we will update his progress each week including pictures, stats, bloodwork, etc. He will get shredded!

Duda is currently training 5 days per week, performing a split routine as follows:

Mon: Cardio only
Tues: Delts/Traps - cardio
Wed: Back - cardio
Thu: Chest/Calves - cardio
Fri: cardio only:
Sat: arms
Sun: legs

Cardio: 475 calories 5 x/week

Nutrition:

400 grams of protein; carbs 160 on low, 500 on high days;
carbohydrate cycle, involving 4 days low carbs, 1 day high carbs.
Fats: 80 grams

Duda is counting every gram.

He is incorporating Invalid Link Removed, 1 scoop pre- and intra- workout and a scoop post-training, during the times when his body need the carbohydrates the most. His total carb count for the day (including the Invalid Link Removed) is 160 on low days, and 500 on high days.

He will also soon incorporate Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed, and Invalid Link Removed.

Hey, ya'll...love this board...I'm often on, just lurking, but now, I've got a great reason to share some of this exciting journey - we're going to document the journey of my client and good buddy, Mr. Duda "Muuuuuuy!!" Bueno.

Duda's already been working hard, and has made some great improvements this year. We hope he'll show well at the very competitive California State championships, in just over 5 weeks, in Culver City, CA.

Stay tuned for updates!

Any chance we can get a sample of his chest routine? Dudes a monster!!!

Here's an example of something we did last week. (These weights are Duda's...and he's got a little bit of tendonitis in his elbow! Told you this guy was strong!)

Incline dumbbell press: (after several warm ups)
115lbs x 10
130lbs x 10
140lbs x 7

Smith Machine flat bench press:
2 plates per side x 10
2 plates + 25lbs per side x 10
3 plates x 7, drop set to 2 plates x 5, drop to 1 plate x 10 forces reps

Incline dumbbell flyes:
75lbs x 10
90lbs x 10
90lbs x 10 (hard squeeze, pose at the top)

Decline barbell press:
225lbs x 10 - 3 sets

Cable crossovers:
3 sets moderate weight, strict posing reps, squeeze and pose -12-15 reps

Hey guys I got more pics from big boy and some comments. He asked me to upload these here:

He's 202lbs, and is now using a scoop of Body Mortar to sip on during his training, and a scoop afterwards.

The beauty of the Body Mortar is that Duda's carbs are relatively low, and he's still got the power to push through some ball-breaking training sessions w/o feeling depleted. We're putting it to the test on the street...real world balls out training, with a solid, science-based concept...And Duda's living proof that a low -carb diet to get shredded doesn't have to mean you perform like a slug, and feel like a flat-tire.

As you can see from the photos, even on his depletion days, Duda's swoll, vascular, and with the stack of HyperTropx, the whack of Beta Alanine provided by that kick ass product, and the fast-acting, volumizing carbs that are counted into the minimal carbs in his program, he's able to push through the toughest workouts, full, replenished and super-strong...

His recovery drink includes another serving of Body Mortar to replenish...at this point, he's on very few carbs other than his performance boosting Body Mortar...taking these carbs around his workout will do little to pull him out of the ketotic, fat loss mode he'll re-enter the rest of the day...and, of course, low carbs and NO Body Mortar on non-training days!

The body mortar is amazing, even 3 weeks out with my carbs super low i still get a kick ass work out and huge pumps during work out!!i just love it!

It went very well brother, i'm getting shredded just as expected, my glutes are coming in now!I am really exited about this show, cant wait to get on stage!

Duda "Muy" Bueno - Holy Ravioli, Batman...he's got the VAPORS!

VAPOR XT, THAT IS!

Here's Duda Bueno, on the way to skinless, in between clients at his home, World Gym, San Diego - flashing the abs...and the VAPOR!

Duda swears that the VAPOR XT is tightening him up a little bit more each day!

The boy is shredded wheat! and he's still using the CARB LOADED BODY MORTAR pre- and post-workout ...hm, anyone gonna tell Duda that carbs make you fat? ...well, it might be the Leucine too!

SKINLESS, SHREDDED WHEAT, AND STILL 16 DAYS LEFT TO BURN THAT LAST LITTLE TINY BIT OF ADIPOSE TISSUE!
