:) 6 months 34lbs vaporized

Hey check this out. No weightloss products taken. Just watched my eating. Always parking in the back of the parking lot and always taking the stairs when I can. 35 lbs gone and I eat what I want. ^_^

Thanks. I still have more to go. I presently weigh 190. I have a ton of muscle under the bodyfat I have so I'm going to loos as much body fat as I can but I have no idea what weight I'll be at when I'm done, and I'm too poor to buy anything to measure body fat.

Congradulations on all the hard work keep it up.Just remember to try to spare as much of that well earned muscle as possible.

Oh I intend to. I take pride in the muscle I have cuz it made me more muscular than anybody in high school even the football players.

Way to go bro...

It really shows ya something when all it really takes are those small changes to your daily routine to make a big difference in the end...

congrats..I went from 242 to 194 in 8 months... Its a great feeling to be able to look down and see your willy!

Great progess. If you find your progress slowing I would recommend some Fish Oil and perhaps a non-stimulating fat loss aid. There are a multitude of options for people in your scenario.

Best of Luck.

Yeah, Branch Warren is right he said he doesn't even look at a weight scale when he's getting ready for a competition, he said it screws with your head when you do. That was the first time I got on a scale in 6 months.

So you mean to tell us that you lost all of that weight without 50 miscellaneous supplement containers taking up space on your kitchen counter? Who would have thought? Keep on truckin man.

I have ^_^ And yes it's liberating to drop that weight, I felt like crap at 225 with that much body fat.

I weighed in at my REGULAR time in the morning today and in a few weeks dropped a few more pounds without a cutter. 189 to 186 ^_^
