Lol not sure I dont eat before Crossfit then i come home and eat. Then ill eat again before my afternoon workout. Then I will eat before bed. Lol this stuff makes me hungry but I try not to eat to much.

LOL..I didnt catch that until you said hop in your older bros log..LOL. Thats cool as hell. I wish my younger brothers were interested in weights and what not. I had my youngest brother jacked last winter...He has really low bf% quite the opposite from me. But Had him deadlifting sqauting,benching and a few secondary movements...he at like a monster stayed lean and got swole quick!!! But messed his finger up, cut a tendon and nerve had hasnt lifted since!!

No aggresion, no side affects just feeling good feeling strong. My wife said I looked freakishly big the other day lol. My numbers have went up in weight in my workouts as you will see.

Damn dude...killer workouts. I cant believe you go that high on cable crossovers. Thats crazy I usually only go to like 40 max for reps of 12-15. Usually the last thing I do though...nonetheless, smashing it man!!!!

Yeah bro, I don't think I could even move the stack at 120 on each side! I could maybe do 60lbs max for 15reps. That is killer chest power!!
