5a0HP Cycle Started

I received 2 bottles of 5aoHP from TurningGreen. I currently weigh 175Lb and have 7% body fat. After I am done running this cycle I will re weigh and re do my body fat.

My work outs will consist of Crossfit-Monday through Friday and a weight routine Tuesday through Friday with weekends off.

Crossfit will be my cardio and plyo while my weight routine will be heavy with a rep count of 10-12 for 4 sets.

Today: Crossfit

Front Squat-25 reps-95Lb
Floor Press-25 reps-95Lb
Jumping Slam Ball-25 reps-40Lb Ball
Upright Fly-25 reps-25Lb dumbells
Upright Row-25 reps-95Lb
Pushups-25 reps

Nice! Glad you jumped on the LOG lets see what you can do with that 5aOHP! You are already Lean as Hell so you should get some nice dry gains! Get the wifey to take some before pics for sure!

Started off the day with a Crossfit workout:

Sorry my Goal is to stay around 175Lb to 180Lb and drop to 6%-5.5% body fat I want to get cut even more.

Dayumm...thats incredible....do you feel "healthy" being that low bf%. I remember reading a book from Slyvester Stallone and saying when he did either Rocky 2 or 3 he was the leanest he ever was, but not necessarily the healthiest. Just wondering Im a big ol guy that will most likely never get below 15% BF...and Im ok with that. I guess, well...I dont know how you guys do it.

When my diet is not on, and I'm not cutting I walk around between 11-12.... I'm extremely active and eat a pretty healthy diet on a regular basis....lowest I've been is 7%

Well my diet is simple just eat healthy with extra protein and low carbs. I was never really big on diets and I am still not to this day, not sure why.

The delivery system for the product is ok, and it is easy to keep it under your tongue. I was worried about that at first. 1ml seems like a lot, but is relatively small. On the other hand when you go to swish it around in your mouth. The taste is pretty bad and its bitter but once you get it down the taste does not last long.

I was also concerned about the 2 minute time length per dose, but by the time I am doing cleaning the delivery system and packing it up I am done.

Good information! This will definitely be helpful for members looking to LOG 5aOHP. As far as I can see this has potential to be the go to thread for 5aOHP so keep the posts coming, and well be reading.

My dose times are as fallows I work the night shift at work so I wake up 11am and dose. Then every four hours after that for four doses.

I'm not to familiar with crossfit.. i know the style, if that makes sence..lol are all lifts only one set? and i agree the volume looks great!

I would compare it to a 15-20 minute full on beat down! It's a great workout but IMO it's hell on the engine. Boy is beastly though.
 
Crossfit is a set of lifts or push ups or anything you can think of all the way to box jumps. All the work outs are for time the object is to get the work outs done as fast as possible, while keeping good form. There is no rest in between sets you just keep going. There is also the AMRAP which is (as many rounds as possible) in 15-20 minutes. Killer Cardio and Stamina builder.
 
For those curios here is a video and a link to a PDF that shows and details crossfit. In essence it's a general purpose training program, that in most cases is high intensity short duration, and focuses on functional movement. If you google crossfit there is tons of info out there, and crossfit.com is their main site page.

Holy smokes...This may be something I want to get into for a couple months to get some more fat off. Looks CRAZY!!!! Would this be good for someone that workouts with a partner, or best alone???
 
I promise you have crossfit gyms in your area and often they may have a free introductory class or plain free classes period on Saturdays. Otherwise crossfit.com posts their workout of the day (WOD) on their site.

I have done xfit with TheRoc a few times it is a great full body workout, and demands great conditioning and endurance. Like he explained earlier, you have to keep good form on Olympic style lifts while gasping for air and muscles chock full of lactic acid...not easy.

I prefer Hyperfitness. It's a protocol by Sean Burch. His book is dirt cheap and worth every penny if you want a good endurance, strength, and dexterity style workout!

No Crossfit again today due to work schedual but I will be posting a Leg work out latter. I should be back into the crossfit next week all week.

Man, cant wait to see this dudes results, only because not much is changing with what he does. Most people change things up ex. eat more or less, more cardio etc.

I am feeling good Not noticing to much yet but there are some slight changes in my mid section looks a little leaner. But other than that Im taking my four doses a day may try taking it up to five and see what happens.
