Where is the cruise destination?
The plan was to cruise out to the Caribbean but we actually changed our mind a few days back. We decided to celebrate our anniversary with a trip to New Orleans instead (I better change that title!). We have never been there and we both have always wanted to go. It's paid for and booked!!! I'm so damn excited so it's going to feel like an eternity leading up to it.

Man, that sounds like an awesome trip! You have to tell me how the gumbo is. That is one of my signature dishes but I have never had the real Creole stuff!

I agree I think this is true where ever you go. When I went to Italy the small mom and pop restaurants were 100% better than the flashy tourist traps

Seated calf raises 2 plates ES 5X5
Bulgarian split squat 50lb DBs 5 reps each leg 5 sets
Standing Calf Raises 295 5X5
DB box step ups 50lb DB 5X5
1 leg leg press 165 5x5 SS with 1 leg calf press 165 5x5

Notes: Im starting to think that I never really pushed my self on my dead lifts. While It was heavy i felt I could do more.

I went to the gym today to do back and after I finished my warm up I felt really sore all over so I decided to do an hour of foam rolling, stretches, and core stabilization exercises making sure I stayed in a constant state of motion. After I got done I felt great, and was sweating up a storm. I have noticed that these past 3 or 4 work outs I have been sweating a lot.

Notes on body changes: My body has been consistently tight and I feeling "Fuller through out the day like I have a continuous pump going on. It is most noticeable in my chest.

Fun fact: Llamas are born with an extra pair of fighting teeth that they use to bite off other llamas’ testicles making them the only fertile male in the group.

I wanted to put this out there because I dont believe I mentioned it before I have ceased taking fish oil & my glucosamine joint supplement to make sure that effects of the ARA are not hindered.

I am not sure 100% but If I had to guess I would say the Anabeta Elite the Forskolin in particular. But my morning dose consist of 1.5 grams of ALCAR 1gram ARA and 2 pills ABE.

Thoughts: The DOMS that Im feeling are super deep. I feel sore on the inside of the muscle if that makes since, kind of like when you have a deep knot. It is a completely different kind of sore than I normally feel but it is nice since it is so deep it doesnt interfere with lift days.

Are you using a BCAA supp to help with the DOMS? Certain ones have worked very well for me, or could you be one of the crazies that actually like DOMS?

I can say for certain DOMS to me are a love hate relationship. When I get them I know I have done some work in the gym but it can be a literal pain in the a$$. But to answer your question no I am not. I wanted to make sure that my feelings energy and results are driving from the products being logged and take any and all variables out of the equation.

All right well when I started this two weeks ago my morning weight was bouncing between 202&204 and the past three mornings I have wove up at a consistent..... 206 and I feel like I am getting leaner and my vascularity is more predominant

I tried doing them last week midway through my leg work out and my legs almost gave out. I thought I would hit them first thing and it made it a bit more manageable.

Talking to people is my usual sign. Something off the wall will be said and then I feel a part of my brain activate and go "hey this is a dream." I will then go fly off and start building stuff. I have to be carful though, if I start to mess with to much stuff or start flying or running too fast I feel like my subconscious skips and I will wake up.
