Damn that is all I have to say about my workout today. Pumps were amazing, Purple wraath and green mag (which tastes awesome btw) got me through my workout better than I have in weeks, and waxy maze is a great post workout. My skin actually tingled all through my workout which was pretty sweet. My reps went up for all my lifts from things I was doin 5-6 reps (lat pull downs @160) to a solid 8 reps. Dead lifts were amazing and bad at the same time because the back pumps were terrible from the Trenadrol.

Meal 3: 3 chicken drumsticks, 2 mashed potatoes mashed, water, and 30mg trenadrol

Meal 4: Large hamburger w/pickles and provalone, basket of french fries water & a bud (come on one beer lol)

Before bed: 1 scoop of Purple Wraath

I'm trying to keep my sets between 9 and 15 for larger body parts and it seems to help because I can def feel when I over train. I def had a good workout setting a personal record for shrugs (385) then breaking that one on my next set at 405lbs for 4 reps. I'm really seeing strength shoot up and I will def move up to 75's or 80's for my shoulder presses next week.

Post Workout: 2 scoops protein, 55g Kwik Carb

Sadly, i will be going to upstate New York for a little 3 day vacation from work so I will not be on for the weekend. So I guess TBC on monday or sunday!

Just checking on how your cycle is going. Looks like your strength and weight is going up nicely. How do the gains look so far? Do you feel like the weight you've gained is lean body mass? I know Trenadrol is great for strength, but do you feel like it's building muscle outside of the gym? Looks good though, will be following this to the end.

Hey man, thanks for follwing my log. Strength gains are amazing actually. That's the biggest thing I've noticed. I've been eating pretty heavy (3500 calories a day, 200+ grams of protein) 10g fat at least with every meal. I'm bumpin it to 3 caps a day next week. I'm off for three days so I'm hopefully lookin to gain a little bit more weight. I've added Purple Wraath, Waxy Maize, and greenmag in for pre, intra, and post workout. I'm def noticed a difference adding creatine and aminos in during the end of this week. I will continue that for my last week and PCT. But until sunday, see ya guys!:run:
 
You'll have to eat like a horse to put some weight on using trenadrol. The gains are uber-lean!! But the sh*t'll make you strong and mean as a bull elephant in heat!! :aargh: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
 
when you take a pic of your back, (double back bicep), pretend you are pulling down with your elbows when you flex your biceps. this will flare those lats out and we'll be able to see your back. You should be doing this anyway when you do lat pulldowns on back day anyway. this takes your biceps out of the motion.

also, if i were you, i would get rid of the fast food for health reasons. Your heart with thank you. The saturated fats are terrible on the lipids and are mostly low density lipoproteins. Instead, consume good fats, such as ground flax seeds (great source of fiber too), fish oil, olive oil and other polyunsaturated fats.
I know fast food is easy. But nothing in life worth a salt is easy.

Hey man thanks for the tips! I've been trying to eat leaner. I've been doing a gainer and adding extra virgin olive oil to my shakes. I've been eating some fish and taking fish oil as well of course for heart health and as a natural anti-inflammatory.

On the back pic, that was taken by my ex girlfriend lol She was sitting down and I was standing up. It was a camera phone since I don't have a camera as of late. I will, however, be able to get some decent pics after this week.

I did get a good pump but my shoulder was killlling me today along with my elbow.

Sorry I've been slacking as of late on this log since I've been working more and gonna start school soon. I would say 7 pounds has been a lean gain. I have gained some fat because Ive been eating high carb/high fat to bulk but i've been trying to keep my cheat foods with the bad fats to a minimum. I did lose 2lbs this weekend from being home and being outside (it's 96 here in Ohio) This is my last day of cycle I'll start PCT tomorrow. I need to get some pics see if I can grab someones camera.

The common rule of thumb is time on+ PCT=time off. Say you did a 4 week cycle and then a 4 week PCT. That's 8 weeks. Ideally you need to take 8 weeks off after this before cycling again. THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
 
Ok That's what i thought i did a search and got anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks on a 4 week PH cycle. Thanks for the help.

Yup will be logging. Very happy with my result just with trenadrol. Got another bottle sittin in my cabinet next to my epistane. Thanks for following man!

^ nice list .. i would load up on hawthorn berries 2 week prior to your cycle .. meaning in 10 week .. that will keep your BP in check through out the whole cycle.

Thanks man! i thought it has been a pretty effective cycle. PCT Day 3 is going well so far. Strength and libido have stayed the same and weight seems to have stayed around the 182 mark. I think the 10lb gain was 3lbs water weight. I would say my net LBM gain on cycle was around 7lbs. I am very pleased with that number though.

PCT I'm doin GreenMag, AX ADvanced PCT (150mg 6-bromo per day) prolly gonna start doing low dose 6-oxo the third week. I started Purple Wraath and GreenMag during my last week of Trenadrol. I'm also gonna add Dominate to my pre-workout. I have a source for Nolvadex as well if I need it. haha I loveee Hi-C
 
i dont think ull need nolvade though .. i did gaspari novadexXT/high dose of tribulus for my PCT well along with nanovapor & greenmag .. kept all my gains but 1lb .. so i think ull recover pretty nicely with what you have .. AX PCT is a nice product(from the logs i have read)

ohh and every1 loves HI-C .. and kool aid.... OhhHhHh yeaaahhhhh!
 
Yeah very strong 6-bromo. I think it will do nicely for just a standalone trenadrol cycle. Yes...everyone loves cool-aid....OH YEAH!

Way to go man!! That's very impressive there. That Trenadrol is the sh*t for addiing strength is it not? I love it!!! I just finished my cycle and am also in PCT as you are. It's day 6 for me and my strength hasn't fallen off any!! Congrats dude, on a great cycle and an informative log!! :clap2: Keep blastin' those weights!! :twisted:

Mainly just beeing safe it couldnt hurt and I'm doing low dose (300mg) I'm taking a good bit of supporting supps (ALA, Flax Seed, Fish Oil, Multi, Multi Mineral, Hawthorne, Milk Thistle, Vitamin C) I did max out on my decline bb bench late in my sets @ 285 for 2 but my right wrist is killing me. I think I may take a few days off to prevent further strain.

haha its alllll cause of the Hi-C and Kool Aid. On a lighter note, my weight is staying around 182-183 mark so 7-8 poiund gain on cycle is staying pretty nicely and stress is up too (i.e. my bench).

With meals, preferably ones with fats included are better for absorbtion.
 
yes 15-20g of fat per meal is preferred with trenadrol. i aimed for that and mostly I tried to take it with MCT's so I wasn't retaining much fat. I also did EV olive oil in my shakes to get the necessary fats too.

PCT is going well sorry I have not been posted I have been working doubles at work and habven't gotten to the gym in three days. I will be doing back and triceps tomorrow. I will def post tomorrow on workout, supplements, and diet.

Very tired and felt weak after workout. Didn't eat enough before so I def attribute it to that. Weight didn't go down actually up in the isolats and bent flyes but endurance wasn't as good.

JUST WONDERING WHAT WAY YOU DOSED THE LEAN EXTREME ???...AM ON DAY 1 OF PCT AFTER A 4 WEEK TRENADROL CYCLE AND WAS PLANNING ON 40/40/20/20 WITH THE NOLVADEX ALSO ,POST CYCLE SUPPORT,BLUE UP, AND LEAN EXTREME... AM TAKING THE BLUE UP @ 2 PER DAY , POST CYCLE SUPPORT @ 4 PER DAY.THANKS....
