Iso Lateral Pull: 180x10, 180x10, 200x8, 200x8
Standing Preacher Curls: 25x12, 40x10, 40x8, 40x8
EZ Bar Curls: 85x8, 65x10, 65x10
Seated Curls: 25x12, 40x8, 40x8, 40x8
Post Workout: 75g WM & 30g Protein
Damn that is all I have to say about my workout today. Pumps were amazing, Purple wraath and green mag (which tastes awesome btw) got me through my workout better than I have in weeks, and waxy maze is a great post workout. My skin actually tingled all through my workout which was pretty sweet. My reps went up for all my lifts from things I was doin 5-6 reps (lat pull downs @160) to a solid 8 reps. Dead lifts were amazing and bad at the same time because the back pumps were terrible from the Trenadrol.

Meal 4: Large hamburger w/pickles and provalone, basket of french fries water & a bud (come on one beer lol)
