Well....i've been taking 3ad and mass fx for 12 days (running a 6 week cycle at 4 a day) and i just wanted to give some quick updates since i didnt do a day by day. Now as far as putting on weight i've only put on 2 lbs BUT my strength has went through the roof!!!!! :scared: Have you guys had those sets that make you say a few curse words when your done?? MAN....I LOVE THOSE SETS!!!!!!

before now
Bench 265 6x's 285 4x's

Shoulder DB Press 70 10xs 80 7x's

Squats 225 10xs 225 12xs (deeeeeeep)

Biceps updates still to come

Triceps updates still to come

Back updates still to come

Ave calories 3,100 , protein 200 g's daily (1 gallon water intake)

I really dont care what the scales say. So far i "LOVE" how things are going for me so far. I will post before and after pics in four weeks.

NICE!!! NICE!!! NIIIIIICCEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :head: :head: :head:

Looks like things are really working out for you! Excellent progress so far, man! Don't let the scale dictate your life. You may be packing on the beef and shedding the fat at the same time (very likely), so the scale should never be the sole indicator.

Keep it up, man! GO F'N HARD!!! :head:

Thanks T-AD.....I'm super MOTIVATED!!!!! Tonight i will be working chest and triceps.....i will post how my workout went tonite.

Yep, those strength gains are definitely first to come with 3-AD. I notice them immediately during week 2, along with increases in pumps and stamina.

During weeks 3-6 are when I really start to notice the gains in lean mass coming.

3-AD is a tricky one though. The addition of PLCAR does a really nice job of leaning you out, so judging total weight gained can be a bit tricky sometimes. You're gaining lean mass as you lean out. A pound of fat lost + a pound of lean mass gained shows up as zero difference on the scale. It can easily make someone think they are not gaining weight when in fact their physique is undergoing a great change.

Congrats on those strength gains! Makes me pumped for my next 3-AD cycle :D :D :D

Looks like a solid, solid workout! Impressive numbers. You may want to watch the amount of volume your chest and tris are receiving. 19 sets of chest is quite a bit. Not to mention that your tris are getting pounded with the heavy benching (14 of the 19 sets) in addition to the tricep work you include at the end.

But, some people respond wonderfully to higher volume. So if it's working, nevermind me :) If you do notice that you're not gaining the size you want, you may consider decreasing the number of sets you use. For my body, I find that 10 sets for chest is ideal. Everyone is different though.
