yes it does, but today is my day off and I refuse to answer the phone, lol.

This is what tonights workout should look like:

Monday*
Flat bench
3 warm up sets of 5 (315, 425, 535)
2 moderate sets of 3 (585, 605)
2 heavy sets of 2 (both sets 625)
2 moderate sets 5 (545-550)
1 rep out set of 20 (405ish, lol)
Incline
4 sets of 15 reps with dbs (only have 100's dang it)
Pullovers
4x10 (never used a bar before, will start with 225)

not going super heavy because I am trying to give my joints a rest. I have devised a new workout program I am going to follow for the next 5-6 weeks (the first 2 being relatively light to get used to the frequency of the bench work). I will attach it a post later on this week.
Hey Nick- nice log so far! Did you compete in the King of the Bench at the Olympia? I think I saw you in a magazine that was handed out at the emerald cup in April. Yup pretty sure it was you. Later

Thanks! Yeah, that was me, fresh off a pec tear (5weeks prior). I don't think I will be doing it this year though (due to me being a westsider and the meet is WPO sanctioned), unless my sponsors have strong objections to me skipping it.

Ahh- That's amazing that it was only 5 weeks after the tear!! I probably wouldn't of tried it. You're a braver man than I.
 
Today I went up to 610 on incline press. Felt very good all day. Had a great pump going into the workout and also had great energy throughout. Weight has dropped about 5lbs, feeling leaner, looking a little leaner, strength is starting to go up a little. Still hungry all the damn time, which I like, lol. I have started to notice a little lethargy through the day though, not too concerned about that though, a cup of coffee and I am good to go.

Damn you are one strong mofo. And those lifts are on a day when you're not going super heavy? Wow.

I’m sure you’ve answered this many times, but what’s your heaviest all time 1 rep max on flat bench?

My ankle got twisted when I was walking to my car after work, so I skipped legs and will do them next week on my back day. Didn't feel lethargic at all today, felt really good, muscles have been full all day. Strength seems to be gradually increasing, fat is still coming off but not as fast as it did in the first week.

hope your ankle is ok, i am no stranger to sprained/twisted ankles! :aargh:
 
Haven't worked out in the past couple days because of the family issues I was talking about earlier. My mom just got out of the hospital so I went home to see how she was doing. I will try and get a workout in tonight, will just do cardio if nothing else. Muscles are still looking full even without working out, fat loss has continued even though my eating hasn't been all that clean. I am still very happy with this compound!

nope, no bloodwork. I am working retarded hours during the week (and most weekends), am planning a wedding (helping my fiance as much as possible), and will soon be traveling every weekend for guest lifting appearances. I am also working on finding a job in my home town (2hrs away) because my fiance wants to work on her masters and get it finished before we have kids.

Tonights workout: felt great, very explosive, lots of energy. Strength is starting to come up pretty quickly now. Wasn't lethargic today at all.

Today my strength was rock'n hardcore, set a pr for close grip incline press and still had tons of endurance left for some high rep sets. Tons of energy during my workout, fat loss is still going strong, I am in love.

the reps tired me out pretty quickly, its the first time I have ever deadlifted off a 3" block.....that **** is hard, lol

didn't lift today because I chose to take my fiance out to dinner and a movie. I will also be going home this weekend and want to be fresh for a training session with my old crew. I might even be able to get a vid or two out of it, lol. I am absolutely loving this supp right now. I am losing weight and everyone keeps telling me how much bigger I am looking. I am sleeping better and because of that I am more awake and alert during the days and my recovery is awesome! I really couldn't ask for much more out of this stuff!

thats how i am... i hate trailers... show it to me ONCE to get me intruiged then get the F away from me with that stuff cause i got a good memory and can deduce an entire story line sometimes from a trailer... i hate that.

How do you know when you pass one of those? I mean, I'm sure it hurts but...

massive amounts of pain and bloody urine. I also had to pee into a screen thingy that the doc gave me to catch the stones. Apparently too much protein and acids (from orange juice most likely, I am an oj addict) and not enough water.

The pain was worse than when I was run over by a truck (from what I remember, I was 9 at the time, lol).
 
damn nick sorry to hear that. you always seem to be getting sick on cycle. didnt something happen a few months ago that you were testing?
