1. I was wondering what can I expect out of doing 6 caps ED or would I benefit with 8 caps on just training days (4-5x) a week
2. any problems to consider if I exceed 8 weeks mark although it says not to exceed 8 weeks.
3. Will this cause any joint related issues as I already have problems with joints..
4. I typically dont fast much anymore but maybe just fast few hours in the morning but is it best to take with just largest meals?
