I know this has probably been stated HUNDREDS of times on the forum. But, sorry guys, I'm too lazy to look through all of the posts. How should 3-ad be taken? Lets say I wake up at 6 AM and get to the gym at 12ish... go to bed around 9 or 10...would it be better to take the 3-ad with my pre workout meal? or when i wake up and when i go to bed?

also, so far, has anyone noted any side effects? like backne, face breakouts, increased sweating, etc? let me know! thanks guys! :bruce2:

I take it you want to get big? You dont get big being lazy!

Not to be sarcastic, but a word to the wise: A good lifter or athlete is also educated in what he/she puts into their system. ;)

Simple, short answer - dose 3-AD with 15-20g of fats. Fat-containing meals are usually not best at breakfast, pre-w/o, and post-w/o. These are times when you want quick digestion, and fats slow this down.

Do you does with 15-20g of fat or meals that contain 15-20g of fat?
 
Dose it with meals containing that many fats. That meal could be as simple as a handful of almonds and a glass of water, or as complex as a 4oz piece of sirloin, salad, and baked sweet potato.

For some reason, I pictured someone actually scooping Crisco out of the tub, smearing it on 2 caps of 3-AD, and trying to choke it down. Don't do that!! That's just nasty!!! :rofl:

Who told you that you couldn't eat pizza?

As long as you've got teeth, a functional jaw, and pizza, I don't see why you can't. Even without teeth, I'm sure you could just "gum" it into a swallowable pulp. Yum. :D

I miss pizza from "somewhere". But, when we make it at home, I get what I want! Mmmmm..... pizza...... :trout:
