I know this has probably been stated HUNDREDS of times on the forum. But, sorry guys, I'm too lazy to look through all of the posts. How should 3-ad be taken? Lets say I wake up at 6 AM and get to the gym at 12ish... go to bed around 9 or 10...would it be better to take the 3-ad with my pre workout meal? or when i wake up and when i go to bed?
also, so far, has anyone noted any side effects? like backne, face breakouts, increased sweating, etc? let me know! thanks guys! :bruce2:
