2nd DAA + Inhibit-E Run!! Loading help??

Hello all!!

I'm going to be starting my second run with DAA + Inhibit E in a week or so. Saw awesome results last time and good gains. Loved it! I didn't load the DAA last time, though, and I ran it as follows:

NP DAA - 1 scoop a day
Inhibit E - 2 caps a day for the first week, one cap every day after

I'm going to get SNS DAA this time, though. But I'm wondering how I need to change the dosing up this time around. I've heard running the DAA for a week, then starting the I-E at two caps a day for the first week (one every day after). That right?

Thanks!!! IT's much appreciated!!

I am running something similar myself and based on feedback plan to run as follows (each amount listed in "per day" amounts):

-Weeks 1-2: 3g DAA
-Weeks 3-6: 3g DAA + 1 cap Inhibit-E
-Weeks 7-8: 1 cap Inhibit-E

I have heard that you can load the DAA at 6g for the first week as well.

Hope this helps!

Looks pretty good/interesting! I was only going to run it four weeks, so how would that change it?

Weeks 1-2: 6g DAA, Weeks 3-4: 3g DAA, Weeks 3-6 (or 3-4): 1 cap Inhibit-E (sorry about wacky post format, my browser isnt working properly)

What is your preference / thought between loading the first two weeks at 6g/day versus just running an additional two weeks up front at 3g/day?

I.E.:

-Weeks 1-2: 3g DAA
-Weeks 3-6: 3g DAA + 1 cap Inhibit-E
-Weeks 7-8: 1 cap Inhibit-E

Thanks

To be honest, i have never heard of loading DAA.

personally plan on running it like i would creatine - just take the base dose and skip the loading completely. Everything i have read about DAA pretty much makes that comparison between the two.

What's the point of loading DAA for a week? Weren't the studies done at 3.12g DAA for 12 days and shown to increase test by 42% or something similar? Is there any blood work/scientific studies to show that loading DAA provides a quicker or higher increase in test?

This just sounds like something that supp companies have come up with to increase usage/sales of DAA.

Well, I've only run it once, so I don't know if I have enough experience yet to have a "preference" about it. But I didn't load it before and ran the bulk DAA at a flat 3g a day with pretty good results, especially with the I-E. But I took the I-E @ two a day for the first seven days and one a day after. I was always unsure about the loading, because it does seem kinda like the loading ideas for creatine and a little unnecessary. But everyone will react a little different, so I'm not sure what to think.

I'm personally not big on loading DAA. The only reason I suggested it in this case was because OP only wanted to run it for a month. Your run looks perfect as is.

Gotcha. So, what should mine look like, if it's only going to be 4 weeks?

I agree with & trust Coops outlines & also feel there is no need to load....so for a 4 week run of DAA....do:

Weeks 1-4: 3g/day DAA
Weeks 3-6: 1 cap Inhibit-E
(could alternatively just dose InhibitE 1 week past stopping the DAA, since total 'on' time of it is just 4 weeks)

So I wouldn't start the I-E until the DAA is good and in my system after two weeks?

According to Dr D, DAA is a "saturating" compound so the faster you "saturate" yourself with it the faster it "kicks" in

That said I really don't see a reason to "load" DAA

correct sir :)

Muchos gracias! =D I didn't think of doing that before, but it makes way more sense to wait 'till the DAA is fully kicked in to start running the I-E. Kind of a face palm moment, but it's only my second run. Hopefully I'll see some even better results this time, because it was friggin' awesome earlier this summer. Have you done the DAA + I-E?

de nada!
I'm currently on my 3rd run of DAA (week 4 starts on sunday, will run for total of 7 weeks)...paired up (among other things) Erase, dosed in a similar manner as outlined (2 weeks DAA, 3rd week added in the Erase)....haven't used Inhibit-E just yet (saving for use on a cut), but will with my next run of DAA...

"Other things"? ;) Nice, I dig it. DAA is good stuff. Definitely gets you pumped up and ragin' in the gym. There anything else I could use with the DAA and I-E to get some maintainable gains with being (relatively) natural?

agree with you about the DAA, it's by far my fav T-booster....heh-heh ;) I'm actually only using natual supps, didn't mean to mislead you...There's a few things you could add (as with all supps, not necessary, but fun to play with)...off the top of my head & using them now, I'm a huge fan of ArA (Xfactor) & Anabeta...both of which have given me the most visible gains (and retained them after stopping) of pretty much any supp I've tried...

looks good, you should do real well w this set up!

let us know of any more questions or comments!!

haha. I was only kidding; no worries. =). I love me some DAA, even after one run. I'm stoked for the second one, though, especially using the SNS this time. I'm curious as to how the dosing will change things up. I'd looove to try Anabeta. But I can't really afford to spend that much on just one supp. =/ College kid does not equal lots of expendable income. lol. But, once I'm back using the DAA and I-E, I'll be with MCC + multi + fish oil + whey every day. And on workout days, it's C4 extreme, whey, and dicreatine malate post workout. That looking good?

Also, what creatine should I buy in bulk? I'm looking to stay away from creatine mono, just because I'm already sensitive to bloating, etc. I've never tried it, but I know there's another way to go, just not sure what. I've had some good results with the MCC and Dicreatine (from NP in bulk), but might change it up. ANy suggestions?

Starting my first run of DAA tomorrow. Inhibit-e looks like a great value four the money

I would definitely pick some up. It's an awesome run. I've only done it once and for four weeks, but I loved it. Can't wait to start it again in a few. =D

if it is still available for the current price in the next few months i will definitely give it a go if DAA on its own works out for me

I actually think you're looking pretty good with your lineup...esp since the C4 already has 1g of creatine nitrate per serving and keep dosing MCC everyday..won't have to use a ton extra to keep your creatine levels saturated...If it's worked well for you in the past, might as well keep using it...on the creatine mono though, if you haven't used it how do you know that it would bloat you...or is that just speculation?

True. Many thanks; I'll just keep with that because it has been working. Was just curious. As far as the creatine mono, I've never taken mono by itself or a mono supp. But I've taken a few different pwos and proteins with mono in it, and every one made me feel like I had a watermelon in my stomach. I haven't tried any creapure, though, and I've heard some good things about that. I'll probably try it at some point, though, just to get my own take on it.

Ahh, gotch ya man :) Well then looks like you are all set!! Best of luck with your run! Not sure if I missed it or not, but when you starting?

It is a great stack. I have ran this stack and had good results. Reduce XT in my opinion is always a great addition to any stack.

Most definitely...

there's a few things on my "to-try" list including a Triazole stack, Arach Acid stack, and DAA stack. This really seems to have the bases covered between the three. Maybe after I finish my BFv3 log in a few months I'll give it a go!

Thanks man!! Should be on the doorstep on Wednesday morning, so let's see....hmmm...Wednesday afternoon? lol. Got back from vacation four or five days ago; didn't really get to go after it hard for almost two weeks. So, needless to say, it's perfect timing for an end of summer run! I love the lift I get from the DAA though, and I'm not just talking libido! =D

That sounds nice n tasty man! Sounds like you'll have had a nice deload, then can ramp it back up just as the DAA is fully kicked in...nice!!

Heck yeah! I was hoping I'd time it right. What I loved most about the first run was that I was finally able to push through some plateaus. I had pretty much flat-lined on my upper body for a solid three months. But after a week and a half into the DAA + I-E, I was pushing 5-10 more pounds every week. It was a huge confidence boost, and nice to see my work finally paying off.

Most definatley!! I know for me it also it helps in staying more strict with diet...

Absolutely. Diet is key. The supps definitely help, but when I got on a really strict/regimented diet (upped my protein, card, and calories together) and ate every 2-2.5 hours, everything sky-rocketed. I put on a solid 4-5 pounds in as many weeks. Calories are key. That was a part of the problem beforehand for me.

You and the 90% of other people that lift, that think the missing link is another supplement. Glad to hear you got things in check though man. I've found that once people [myself included] realize the power in a well-planned diet, they will realize how small of a piece to the puzzle supplements are. Don't get me wrong, they do have their place.

SNS has quite a few products I plan on running actually..and I just ordered the 2 Focus XT yesterday to get started :D

I have been reading all the post on DAA and this sounds like the route I'm about to take. Most of you are talking about Inhibit E and I have this but I just got done reading about Formadrol Extreme (Forma-D) by LG Science and how this is the best AI inhibitor to take with DAA. Any one done this or heard about this.
Thanks

haha. Yeah, yeah yeah. I learned my lesson. I just never realized how many calories I was actually in need of when lifting/working out like this. Yeah, sometimes I have to force-feed myself and get the calories in. But when you can be regimented, disciplined, and feed your body, I've learned that results come quickly. I've only used SNS I-E, but everyone has epic things to say about all their products. I'm definitely going to have to dabble when I have the funds. =)

Quick question: I'm using a whey blend (concentrate and isolate) post workout, and I'm about to run out. I eat an hour after I take my post-workout protein, and I'm thinking I should just switch to using an isolate post-workout. Thoughts?

I was wondering the same thing, honestly. The only reason I didn't try it was because of the opposite: the reviews/logs were all really mixed, if not leaning toward the "stay away" zone. The I-E is priced great and, though it's the only one I've tried, is an awesome product. Wish I could help more.

To be honest, the only measurable difference between WPI and WPC is if you have lactose issues. If you can stomach the WPC [and most ppl can assuming it's high quality] than I'd just go with that. However, most literature suggests that a blend of fast/slow digesting protein lends itself to a more optimal nitrogen balance post-w.o.

A shake isn't really "necessary" post-workout, if you can get solid food it's just as optimal. Alan Aragon and many other people that are well versed propose that people treat post-workout just like any other meal in the day. Also the "anabolic window" is grossly exaggerated and lasts much longer than 30-40 minutes.

As far as force-feeding goes, I hear ya man. When I was bulking to 230 for my PL meet, I'd take shots of olive oil just for the calories. One time I made a 2900 calorie shake and chugged it...but then proceeded to throw it up lmao

Keep up the good work, and I agree SNS has some awesome products and the more I read about them and see how their reps conduct themselves, the more I'm becoming a supporter.

Good info. Thanks man. It's much appreciated. I don't have lactose issues, or stomaching the shakes, so I'm good from that standpoint. The only reason I'm asking is because I can get UN's isolate right now for $20 (57 servings), and it's the most economical thing for me right now. I'm pretty constrained as far as spending goes at the moment, especially because I just bought my DAA and I-E (didn't have a lot of expendable money to begin with). And, the nice thing about that deal (^), is that it leaves me some money to get a protein I can take at night. I was using MM Light (got it uuuuber friggin cheap and it tastes amazing lol), but am outta that. I'd like to get some MF products, because they're so pure/high quality, I just can't afford to drop that much on one supp right now. I've heard solid things about dymatize's elite xt (which I can get for fairly cheap at the moment). Familiar with either?

And duuuude. That's an epic friggin' shake. I would've puked after half of it. No way. Actually, I don't even know if I could have looked at it. lol. I don't know if that's impressive or scary. Heck, call it necessary. =D
