25 years old and feel 40

Hello to all, this is my first post to this community and I have been doing alot of thinking here lately. I work in the high stress field of corporate event production and do alot of heavy physical work. However I constantly feel rundown and my libido is close to none. I have been on a regualr excercise regimen at the gym and take several vitamins and minerals through-out the day. My diet is fairly well balanced with about 220 grams of protein per day and somewhere around 150 grams of carbs. I am also a recovering drug addict of five years, and havent touched anything for two years now. My progress at the gym has come to a screaming hault. I cannot even keep up with what my progress was as of six months ago. I have thought about going to the doc and getting bloodwork done but what kind of test should I have done ( a blood chem CBC?), and what should I look out for? I wish I had enough time to read everypost in this forum, but the lord hasnt given me that luxury. I get around 8-9 hours of sleep per night and still feel exhausted when I wake in the mornings. Any suggestions or feedback would help.

Thanks for your support.

Edit: I used to be 280 pounds and have dropped fourty pounds of that weight. Previously in life was 320 and dropped down to 180 during years of drug use. Not a healthy note but if this adds anymore info for whatever comments you may have then please consider. Myabe its the line of work, or whatever. I am just looking for some support.
