208lbs and not enough Burger King...

It's been awhile, and between being sick almost regularly I've managed to stay over 200lbs so far.. At the moment I'm 208, 11%bf .. I don't plan to compete this year 'cause I wanna fill out all over, not just bring up my legs.. I'll post a shot of the wheels next time.. :thumbsup:

Here's a flat shot of the wheels.. My carb intake is quite limited these days, so expect alot of pics of me with no pump.. I'm going back to my old-school training methods starting tomorrow, compound movements for 3 days, then smaller muscles the last day.. It's the routine that got me to 225 the first time, we shall see if lightning strikes twice.. ;)
