Glad it seems to be working for you!
Most athletes have shortages or Zinc and or Magnesium and don't know it.
You might be groggy when you wake up until the deficiency is gone.
I cycle my ZMA. 8 weeks on 4 weeks off. always take before bed. best on an empty stomach.
I'm usually not very good at the empty stomach aspect. I get home from the gym around 8:00pm eat and or cook (if the wifey is working late). so I always eat my post workout meal late.
Yea I have experienced abit of groggyness in the mornings to he honest , almost like I slept to long or deep but its becoming less of an issue !

So I've had a diet change basically just to see how the sups effect me on a lower carb diet, I'm still taking my FD with carbs but dropped about 100g carb a day
I'm still feeling energised and having great workouts and my tummy is deffo looking dryer and leaner , vascularity is still wild wich is probably my favourite part of the course to far as I've never been very vascular ! The mrs said I had a hell of a pump yesterday so it's good to know other people are seeing changes.

Question to you guys - Would upping the dose of either the FD or M-test have any benefits at this point ? I have 3 weeks left I think now

I would stick with the recommended doses. I have tried it with FD2 and didn't really see anything extra.
I think M-test is already clinically dosed.

Agreed. I don't think you would get really any better results if you up the dose vs using recommended.

All is still going well I actually managed to beat my Bench press PR again last week by 5kg some I'm absolutly over the moon with that ! Ive added some cardio in now just twice a week as I was getting abit of a round head 🤣
Ive not really got anything new to report besides beating my pr , I'm still getting incredible pumps when I work out and I'm still building strength so I cant ask for much else !
Been thinking about what to run after this and was wandering what you guys thort of x-gels or x factor ? Any dodgy sides with inflammation etc and is it good s#it ??

Nice on the bench PR! And I'd definitely recommend sns x gels. I've used it multiple times with a lot of positive results and i'm sure many here can back me up on that.

No support supps or post cycle required with ARA (xgels or xfactor).

What about for follidrone and m-test?
Like ValiantThor08 said you don't need a support supp or post cycle for either of those. Both are natural anabolic products.

Blood Results Are in ! Not happy !!

So I've just realised that the post I posted last week didnt even upload so im sorry about that ! It was just to explain that I had finished my 8 week run of the sups and was was waiting on blood results which turned out very disappointing !!

So at the start of the run my free test measured at 0.32nmol/L

Last week after 8 weeks of M-test it measured aaaaat ...............0.2643 !!!!!
IT WENT DOWN !!!
Every profile of testosterone went down !!!!
So I can quite happily say that M-test didnt work in the slightest for me !!!

Which makes Fd2.0 one hell of a supplement !
It's not all bad tho as my ldl cholesterol went down and hdl came up , over all my cholesterol levels were bang on which is pretty amazing considering the amount I was eating !
I put this down the the FD but unfortunately M-test didnt do a dam thing ! Or not as much as I expected it to anyway !
I understand obviously people arent all the same and some people respond differently to different supplements so it may work for some and not others so I wont completely condemn M-test. After all it's made by a good company.

So that's it I'm gunna go drink beer for the next few months then get back into it when I get fat again 😂
