Hi All

Im Marcus I'm fairly new to the forum I've been following it for a few months for reviews and advice and have decided to log my results and progress over the next 8 weeks using FD2.0 and Cel M-test. (Starting today) WITH BLOODS !
Im currently 29yo been training for a few years on and off due to mountain bike and snowboard injuries I've not been able to work out solid but since I'm now stuck inside and I'm lucky enough to have a gym I thort I'd have a good 8 week recomp / clean bulk with aim to put on some strength and size.
So...I'm 29 nearly 30 😡
180lbs
6ft tall
I'm currently following the old 20 rep squat programme which I'm sure alot of you will be familiar with. Reason for this is my legs have gon to **** from a snowboard accident I had last season so i thought the 20 rep squat programme would be ideal to kickstart my strength not just in my legs but over all.
For this of you that dont know basically the 20 rep squat program is quite a grueling 6 week programme which is designed to accelerate muscle and strength growth using progressive overload and drinking a sh#t load of milk !! GOMAD (gallon of milk a day)
Basically you use your 5 rep squat max then subtract 2.5kg for every workout you will do. So in my case I'm following the program for 6 weeks @ 3 times a week which = 18
therefore I removed 18 x 2.5kg off my 5 rep max which = 55kg
So I started off on 20rep @ 55kg
2 days later 20rep @ 57.5kg
then 60kg and so on and so on for 6 weeks.
What you should find by the end of it is that you can squat your 5 rep max for reps !
The workout goes like this (current weights)
20 squat @ 65kg
20 dumbell pullover @ 30kg
3 x 12 bench press @ 72.5
3 x 12 behind neck press @40kg
3 x 15 bentover rows @ 50kg
1 x 20 stuff leg deadlift @85kg
Finished up with seated standing and reverse calf raises.
I aim to go up 2.5kg on every exercise every other day if possible.
As I am only doing the 20rep squat programme 3 x per week I will incorporate 2 workout days per week focusing on my chest, arms, abs and shoulders
Rather than updating my weights on this thread every other day I will do it weekly but with regards to the follidrone and m-test stack i will report back daily to let you guys and girls know much of a monster I'm turning in to 🤣
I'm feeling very positive about this stack and I'm going to work my ass off to get the best results ! I've also had my bloods done through Thriva so I'll be able to see if there is any free test increase from the M-Test.
Today is the 1st day on the stack so I will check back in later tonight with my full stack and dosing 👍

Great! Post them up after you get them back. I think M-Test will jump your free test up.
I'm hoping so mate , I've heard good things and seen a couple reviews with positive bloodwork so fingers crossed !

Free / unbound 0.32nmol/l
SHGB 37.4 nmol/l
On my results its says all normal but I still think there abit on the low side ?
But I'm not a doctor soooooo....

What do you lot reckon ?

So 1st day done ! Workout went really well today had good energy through out and was obviously helped along by abit of placebo !
I've had no stomach upset and no adverse effects from either FD2.0 or M- test to report. I did burp up a load of powder about 10 minutes after taking my last dose of M-test which got stuck in my nose but after snorting a cup of water I was back on track 🤣
My complete stack and dosing is as follows
With Breakfast - 3g Creatine + 2 scoops whey +1 x 1000mg dha/epa omega 3 + 1 x 1000mg msm + 3 x M-test

Pre workout - 2 x FD2.0

Post workout - 1 x FD2.0 + 3g creatine + 1 scoop optimum nutrition mass gainer.

After tea - 3 x M-test

WHAT A NIGHTS SLEEP I HAD LASTNIGHT !
Now It may have just been coincidence but I had one of the best nights sleep last night I've had in as long as I can remember !
Woke up feeling crazy energised and super hungry so had a big breakfast and got straight to my Bi and Tri workout.
Had a very good intence workout.

My focus and energy has definitely already improved, Again propably due to the good sleep which I feel the sups are solely responsible for !

Still very early days but so far so good !

Day 3
Todays been a rest day but after my Bi and tri day yesterday my arms have felt pumped all day and even my traps which is strange !

I've read that FD2.0 can take a couple weeks to take effect but ide say things are happening fairly rapidly with me !

Check back in tomorrow !

Awesome. Glad it's kicking in fast for you. Seems like beginning of week 3 for me is when I started noticing an effect on FD 2.0.

Still steady away nothing much has changed since yesterday other than my appetite today has been through the roof ! So impressed with the improved sleep and energy do you guys reckon that's more the FD or MT ? I suppose they will both play off each other in terms of sleep improvements ?
Really Looking forward to the 2nd / 3rd week if I'm already experiencing positive effects at day 4 !
Chest day tomorrow but I'm going to sack the barbell bench press off and just stick to dumbels and cables and see what sort of pump I can get going !!

Cheers mate ! I'm abit strange like that for some reason anything I put in my body weather it agrees with it or not will react very quickly , pain killers , hayfever medication, good food, bad food, supplements. It's good really but if I eat something my body doesnt like I have to usually bail quick haha !!

Day 5 and 6
Had a great chest workout yesterday I really concentrated on mind muscle connection and used a slightly higher rep range for my exercises, Didnt bother with barbell bench instead I went for palms in dumbell press, palms in decline, resistance band push ups and cable flys, I did this to see how much of a pump I could get going and was very impressed ! I've definitely noticed my pumps staying for much longer and my chest has felt hard and heavy today which is great but it effected my programme some what today !
My squats were fine they went up 2.5kg as planned with all 20 reps complete but everything else has lacked abit today , It doesnt help the Mrs was snoring like a juggernaut lastnight and messed up my sleep but that's a different story !
I'm going to have a good rest day tomorrow and get plenty calories in ready to hit it hard on friday !

With regards to the sups my vascularity is up my aggression is definitely on the rise !

All in all very happy so far and it's only going to get better !

I just started my Follidrone run today. I’m running it for the workout endurance and because it has some potential ingredients that may help against the covid.

I said the same thing. Even if there is the slightest chance it helps with covid I was going to take it so luckily I have two bottles of FD2.0 stocked up:)

FD2 is a staple for me. I run it 12 weeks on 4 weeks off year round. I get many benefits from this.
Some that are not listed. Digestion is better, Harder erections, Hair growth. (Im 56 so you younger guys may not notice this)
I can tell when I take my month off and miss taking it.
Only Cons is it can cause Hypo if on a low carb diet. ( I'm not a big low carb guy anyway's) at my age I need all the energy I can get.) lol

What is low carb diet mean?;)

I agree though i'm not a low carb guy either. I don't function well without my carbs.

That's good to know mate ! I was abit worried of the hypo but I always take it with plenty carbs. One thing I was going to comment on today was digestion because I'm quite prone to issues but since I started and I've been eating 3 times as much as usual I've had zero issues !

My quality of sleep is better than I can ever remember and i just feel all in all more positive and energised.

I've run both before 4-5 times in the past.
MTest: Is a nice Natty booster. Good Profile. It's probably the KSM-66 in M-test that is giving you the positive feeling and better sleep.
I sleep much better and have better energy when I'm using FD2. Could be a combo.

I agreed on this. I can tell a difference in my sleep since I've started my bottle of FD2.0. Don't know what it is about it but i do feel i'm getting better quality sleep.

Day 9 and 10 (rest days)
I slightly pulled my calf so I wanted to give it a couple days off, Despite being off I've remained fairly pumped which is Fu#$ing awesome ! The Mrs even said I looked Fit so it's been a good day !!

Not much else to write today other than that.

My 1st week on FD and Mtest has been great, For me I feel they work hand in hand my size has not yet increased and no fat loss but I feel great things are to come .

More positive clearer thinking

Your paperwork should have a reference range for each category. What are the reference ranges
According to the test the levels are all normal. Just on the lower side of normal

Day 11
Another great work out ! Squats gone up 2.5kg as planned with out much of a struggle and over all feeling really strong !
I am getting abit bored of the 20 red squat programme but I really want to see it out , I think I have 2 weeks left so I'm going to have a weigh in tomorrow and see how much weight if any I've gained !
Im looking forward to finishing this programme and getting into a proper bodybuilding routine to really get some vains showing ! Ide usually workout 5 times a week and I have been trying to but with my current routine I'm doing a heavy full body 3 x per week so I've decided to cut it back ! Once ive finished this routine the Supps will be in full swing and there will be some major isolation going down !!!

Awesome! And I don't have a scale at my house because otherwise I'd be worrying about numbers too much so I just go to my parents once or twice a month and weigh myself :)

So I thort ide leave the log for a few days just so when I came back ide have something more interesting to report and I do !
I had a weigh in yesterday and I've gone up 9lbs to 189 whilst looking leaner than I did when I started !!!!
My diet hasnt been the cleanest either !!

Some bad news tho I've pulled my back abit whilst stretching today so I may have a couple days off to recover , I'll probably try and get abit of cardio in and some light lifting but we'll see how I feel.

I'll check back in in a couple days 👍

Day 20 I think.

It was my 30th birthday yesterday so i may of had a few beers lastnight and the day before that was a rest day so this morning I was feeling abit rough , looked abit shitty in the mirror and deflated.
After feeling sorry for my self for being hungover I got my mind back in the game and hit my work out hard !!! My pump was back almost instantly veins back up and feeling awesome !
The combination of these two supplement has majorly boosted my mental health and focus so far !

My muscles are now starting to look much fuller and feel alot harder, my strength is still consistently climbing aswell !

I think I may be entering the part of this course now where size is starting to increase 🤞

The Gainz have arrived !!
Honestly the past 3 days has been insane !
My chest and arms are bigger than ever before !
I'm gunna say for my the 3 and a half week point has been where everything is fully switched on and working !
So if your thinking of doing a 4 week run of either Follidrone or M-test ide recommend 8 weeks for definite !!
The feel good factor and sleep benefit from follidrone more or less starts in the 1st few days however I will add the sleep benefits have tapered off now for me.

This past 3 days my aggression and determination has been through the roof so I'm going to say that's the M-test !

I changed my dosing times slightly the other day and got definitely experienced the Hyperglycemia people have reported so I wont be doing that again !
I take one FD2.0 when I wake up with breakfast and the other 2 with my pre work out meal and it gives me no issues.

Honestly I'm so happy I did abit of research into these to supplements theyve been amazing so far !

Still going strong ! I managed to finally beat my bench press PR which felt f&€king awesome as I've been struggling with it for some time !
Still experiencing solid pumps and strength gains !
This first 4 weeks has been incredible so I'm really looking forward to the next 4 !

One new thing to report is night time sweats which is sometimes making it difficult to nod off but I found lastnight a dose of ZMA sorts it right out !
Could this be the M-test ?

Back when I was still drinking, heavy, like really heavy lol. If I had a all beer night, like 15+, the next day I would get a insane pump in the gym, while reaking of booze

FD pre workout and M-test with my tea

To be fair the past two nights I've taken zma I've felt fine and body temp has been much better so many like you say I may have had a deficiency

Glad it seems to be working for you!
Most athletes have shortages or Zinc and or Magnesium and don't know it.
You might be groggy when you wake up until the deficiency is gone.
I cycle my ZMA. 8 weeks on 4 weeks off. always take before bed. best on an empty stomach.
I'm usually not very good at the empty stomach aspect. I get home from the gym around 8:00pm eat and or cook (if the wifey is working late). so I always eat my post workout meal late.
