Driving down Saturday for the day staying in the host is just way too expensive, and I don't feel like dropping $100-$150 on a room when I can drive 2 hours home. Jack should go up early (like 9-9:30 AM for prejudge and 5:30 for Night show)

I've actually heard that about the bike/legs. One other way I saw it done was as 100rep leg press sets with little to no sled weight on
 
if you spike your right foot a bit more does it help give you a better hamstring tension and allow for better seperation in your back double bicep? With the legs starting to come in it could be a small tip to help show your backside off a bit more. It is such a tricky pose with small adjustments make a huge difference.

That's awesome. Was never a fan of little dogs but my ex really wanted one and bc our apt had to be smaller. Well as soon as we got him he was obsessed with me, 4 years later me and him are best friends lol. Got the other one to play with and they're inseparable. Love these little guys and the stares I get walking them lol

More then welcome to compete there man. Ran by Jack and is one hell of an event, there is tons of extra things going on besides the BB Show, Strongman, Crossfit, and plenty of other things there allday long.

I'll probably make the trip over. Little under 2hrs from me
 
Looking back through my log, I was once super low volume now holy crap I'm very rarely under 20 sets for anything but arms! Just kind of been training by feel. Now, some joint aches haven't lent themselves to more favorable workouts from decreased weight load but interesting. I'm pretty happy with my look thus far. I'm also aware a lot of these sets are feeder sets and not ballz out but still physically exerting. Last year I didn't have ANY intra workout carbs during prep so I'd conclude that's the biggest difference maker.

Mine, hile Typically lean, not this nasty. I used to have a lot of issues with my abs just not being there. Everything else would start coming in, heck even my glutes! But not a 6 pack, like wtf?!?!

You used to be husky when you were younger, right? Pinning my growth sub q in my stomach is what's tightened it up. Only real explanation I could give outside of using right Vasoburn or VasoSEVEN year round.

Not exactly ideal either using GH lol. I will man, thanks again for the hospitality.

Yeah for about 6-7 years I was very overweight man. I got some funny pictures at my house where i look like a lawn gnome :)
