2016 supplement of the year for lbm?

They are in ig but no label yet. I know if I can have a all in one product I would pay for it. Aminos vitamins , antioxidants pump, muscle builders all in one I would pay more.

Except you don't want to take your vitamin and antioxidant type products around your workout most of the time so that wouldn't be ideal.

I get in my morning meal then preworkout then lift I feel awesome

I'm not saying to take 100% of your vitamins preworkout but b vitamins as a example is great for energy

Invalid Link Removed glutathione the most powerful antioxidant taken preworkout.

But wouldn't you only want your pump stuff on training days, where some muscle builders should be taken every day. Granted, some people workout almost every day, and there's nothing wrong with having a pump all the time, but that'd add to the cost and make it even more expensive. There are already "all-in-one" staple products like Truimph, Ergonine, PowerMax XT, Finish Line, etc. They all have your basic ingredients and then some, but none of them are ALL-INCLUSIVE, because it's essentially impossible to do so, and insanely expensive to have every ergogenic ingredient known to man.

So things do we want in a all in one product ? Betaine Hmb,pa,leucine ,glutathione, glutamine ,arginine silicate, Fat burners like capsasin , carnatine

Arginine as a example is good for more than a pump.

fighting inflammation
lowering risk for arteriosclerosis and heart attack
repairing blood vessels
fighting congestive heart failure (CHF) and coronary artery disease
helping lower high blood pressure
improving athletic performance
increasing immune function
reducing muscle pains (especially in the legs caused by blocked arteries)
improving kidney function
improving mental capacity
fighting dementia
correcting impotence, erectile dysfunction (ED) and male infertility
preventing the common cold

I don't want fat burners in an all-in-one supplement; what if I'm not cutting. Also, I'd use an actual fat burner if I was cutting, and don't want unnecessary overlap. I don't need extra leucine if I'm already eating enough. What's going to happen when you try to do EVERYTHING is that you'll end up doing a little bit of everything, but doing nothing well.

So then why do they put leucine in the preworkouts
Because it CAN be useful, especially if you don't like to eat a while before your workout (and for marketing), but it ultimately adds more to the cost of the product, so I can live without it. You can't possibly have everything in one product and do it all well. Bruce Lee once said "I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who had practiced one kick 10,000 times." This applies well here, as if you try to do 10,000 different things in one product, or have 10 products in one, it's unlikely that you will do any of the things as well as one that focuses on less things, but puts more effort and focus on them.

So any other votes for supplement of the year? I think it should be a supplement that was newly released in 2016. Not things like caloric surplus or PA/soy lecithin. So I think we have FD2 and Orig1n so far...anything else somebody stumbled upon that was miraculous for LBM?
Agree. Food is not a supplement, caloric intake is not a supplement. PA was not 2016.

We really need a rule on posting several times in a row, when the point of the posts can be combined into a single post.

while they help release energy, they will not provide it in the manner in which they are advertised to.

So no caffeine I take it ?

In an "all in one" supplement? Absolutely not. No no no no no. That means you can't take it late in the day, and good luck taking a pre-workout with stimulants with it; extra caffeine in addition to most pres would be too much caffeine. Unless you're suggesting that this all in one supplement have, in addition to every daily ergogenic ingredient and natural anabolic, a full pre-workout worth of ingredients. It's just not feasible. It'd be a major pain to dose, especially if you want anything besides once daily PWO dosing, and would be astronomically expensive.

My personal favorites this year
Ol ignite
Ol trump
Evomuse dcp2.0
Honestly to much to list 2016 was a good year

I wouldn't want caffeine ether . I would want a all in one as my Morning go to before the gym . Normally I just consume a protein egg shake one hour before the gym with vitamins then 30 minutes after Bcaa aminos and peptides, healthy fats and pre workout is what I consume. Then 30 minutes later I hit the gym and get the best energy possibly . If I had a all in one so much easier.

this is not a vote, but it is a product (I believe) that appears innovative.... Evomuse BMP. Has anyone tried it? I guess I'm looking for more information on it.

Edit: looking more into it, seems to have been around for couple years. Still, anyone ever use it?

It'll be back in stock in about 3 weeks, with a recent upgrade.

That is good news, as I loved the powder version.
