Ezekiel Elliott's accuser also alleges incident in February

Police in Aventura, Florida, were called to the apartment of Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott to investigate an altercation with a woman in February, according to a report in USA Today Sports.

The alleged incident involved the same woman who made a domestic abuse claim against Elliott in July, according to the newspaper, which obtained a copy of the incident report.

The accuser alleged that Elliott, who was in Florida training for the draft, had pushed her against a wall resulting in left shoulder pain, according to the report, which also said there were no physical signs of injury and no independent witnesses.

There were no arrests, and there is no record the accuser pursued charges, Terry Chavez, a spokesperson for the Miami-Dade State Attorney's office, told USA Today.

Earlier this week, Elliott said he was interviewed by the NFL about six weeks ago about the abuse claim made against him in July. He characterized there being "an ongoing investigation" but said he didn't really know what was going on.

KC Finds a way to escape and get a W over the Jags. Ugly game on both sides, but Jacksonville but the ball on the ground way too many times
Ben returns, but the offense looks very sluggish. Hard to run on the leagues best rushing defense. A lot of dropped passes and opportunities. Can't allow a 95 yard bomb up the sideline and special teams played a big part.
Cleveland still winless, and they look hopeless. Dallas takes care of business. Zeke held under 100 yards in another win. Dallas rolling.

Houston is breathing some life back into their program with a series of wins. Just reeling another one off by 3 vs the Jags
Miami with a road win vs SD 31-24
Game of the week Steelers and Dallas had 7 lead changes. Steelers were 0-4 on 2 point conversions but Zeke ran wild and had over 200+ from scrimmage. Instant classic football game down to the last second.
Plamer almost puts up 400 points to give the Cardinals a 23-20 Win.

If the Steelers had a decent defense would have easily won. And that is not a dig as Dallas they are a good team and played great. It's just the Steelers have lots of potential for the future

Stopping the cowboys is not an easy task at the moment. That team is rolling, and is loaded with weapons.

If they had a defense. They actually have more talent than. Dallas on D. But they are garbage without Dick. 4-5 this year. They are closer to zone burg than blitzburg. It was great to see the alpha dogs of the NFL battle it out. We will take care of the ravens this week to help y'all out.

They don't have the pass rush talent to pressure the Qb, got nothing to do with Dick. Dicks defense was outdated.

Patriots injury report: TE Rob Gronkowski (chest) did not practice. Meanwhile, DT Alan Branch (back), WR Chris Hogan (back), WR Julian Edelman (foot) and TE Martellus Bennett (ankle) were all limited.

CB Marcus Peters did not practice because of a hip pointer but the Chiefs don't appear concerned he will miss Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.

Well with how they have been playing recently, they have not looked sharp. Wilson and the Hawk's look a bit better ATM, but that is why they line up every Sunday to see who deserves the W. Anything can happen!
 
Agreed. Wentz hit a rookie wall but that defense and running game has been picking up slack. One of the best eagle teams in recent memory.
 
Steelers take care of Business @ The browns today. Good to see Bell putting up big numbers vs a lackluster Cleveland Defense. Browns have their QB Go down at the end of the 3rd quarter. What a nightmare that situation is becoming.

Minnesota has a bunch of big plays in special teams and a lot of interceptions by the Cardinals causes MINN To get back on track with a W

Eli plays good enough to win vs the Bears who continue to struggle. Only 2 wins this year, and yet to win a game on the road.

Winston throws for 300 and gets a nice road win vs KC

Buffalo escapes a road win vs Cincy. AJ Green carted off. looks like he may be gone the entire year with an injury. which is a huge blow for Cincy and that offense.

Tenn may have dominated when it comes to total yards and also an interception, but it was not enough to win vs Indy on the road.

Detroit with a pick 6 and a punt return paves way for a win even with a sloppy offensive showing vs the Jags. A few big plays and the Jags could of escaped on the road.

Dallas moves to 9-1 and continues to look impressive. Dak continues to improve every game. Zeke was held under 100 yards. Baltimore needed to show up in the 2nd half, but Dallas just pounded the clock and took control. That O-Line looks to be one of the best in the NFL.

Seattle is too much for Philly on all fronts. Wentz was pressured all game and made some bad throws, Sherman grabs his 4th pick of the year.

New England surge in the 2nd half and really pile it on San Francisco. Who continues to struggle to find a W in that program. Chip Kelly is not having it easy on the west coast.

Gurley helps take the load off Goff in his first start. While Goff did not look great, Tannehill did not look so great either. Miami surged very late and picked up a TD with 30 seconds left to secure the Win.

I was only a young child the last time the Cowboys were relevant, so I never understood all the hate they get.
