Still an awesome change and I am very proud of my accomplishment, but not even close to as lean as I was in my Avi, sorry, was in no way trying to be misleading! Now... My goal is to be as lean as I was in my Avi but be above 200Lbs by this Summer, preferably above 205Lbs and I will be extremely happy in my accomplishments over 3yrs, because then I will truly be able to compare Apples to Apples!!!

Yah I am going to go to about 6% or lower this summer, spent last summer cut and it was pretty sweet. Instead of competing though I will just issue challenges to you fuggers... heh..heh...
