2 PART QUESTION:

Hi Gang...

It has been over a year since i have been on here...thought I would come back and see how things have changed. WOW!

Okay, on to my questions...

I am 46...seriously considering buying some "supplements" online.

1) has anyone ever bought from ********* online? What is your opinion?

2) What do you think about only taking 5mg of Dianabol twice a day orally? Beginners are supposed to have 15-20mg...I am trying to stay on a safe level but still get some supplements into my system and make some fairly immediate changes. I am NOT a hardcore gym junkie...cant be due to work and family obligations. I only get a good strong hour in the gym x3 per week...maybe a weekend workout thrown in every other weekend.

Am I pi**ing in the wind here? Should I step way up or just bow out? Please be honest. No offense taken. I need some new direction and help.

Any, and all, help will be greatly appreciated.

Gonzo !!!

sorry to tell you bro.... bow out.

"supplements" are not magic. Your diet and training need to be right for quite awhile before you plateau, then you use gear to get to the next level. 10mg of dianabol only as your cycle?.... there is so much to say but.... bottom line, diet + training come first - stay away from gear, you'll hurt yourself for life.

Steroids are not "evil", but if your not a gym rat who puts that time before most other things, focuses on diets, and gets pissed if missed you meal with your balanced protien/carb/cal ration, then they dont present the best option for a Family man in his 40's

best of luck to your lifting though, and you could still look into "supplements" but use the non hormonal ones lol.

In all reality a combo of effective test booster/AI at your age would probably do wonders, maybe even make you feel 10 years younger.

First, welcome back from a long 'break'.
Second, Nutraplanet is our supplement store here and we don't allow links to other competitor sites. I hope you understand.

Last, I believe you're fine with looking for some supplements even with your limited gym time. I would look at your diet and see what you can do to better optimize it. Find the weak points and put them on a priority approach. i.e.,are you lacking protein and vitamin b. If you look at those two deficienies and determine you can't add quality protein but you can get more b vitamins I would look for a quality protein powder.

personally i would stay away from any hormonal products with limited gym time. You're not going to get the benefits even at a moderate dose and you're really going to be tossing money in the drain for a low dose of dbol.

Outstanding advice gentlemen...I appreciate that.

Considering the name of this particular forum, I expected "Juice Junikies" (no offense meant) to be telling me to spend the cash and do big stacks and cycles, yadda yadda...

I appreciate the honest (and safe) advice.

Yep, I think it's back to changing my bunkhouse back into a gym so I can spend quality time working out and still be at home and only 40 yards from the main house. I think you guys are right on...back to good diet, and quality workouts

Thank you!

GONZO !!!
